So i finished level 1 in about 15 days since i took 3 days off, 2 of them consecutively. I am breastfeeding my 8 week old as well and not purposefully restricting my diet and have lost about 4-5 lbs. Sooo happy about the results. I hope i can continue since i have alot of weight to lose. Started level 2 today and gosh that woman makes you workout! I feel like i need better shoes though since i get shin splints really easily.

day 7 of the shred .... a few more days on level 1 ... already my husband has noticed muscles on my shoulders ... but no weight loss so far.

I started on Monday. I have been eating healthy too.. mainly raw veggies, fruits, soups, and baked chicken. Plus, I go jogging with hubby daily for 30 minutes. My goal is to loose 35lbs before August. but in the next 2 months I want to loose 20 lbs.
Day 1 was very easy as I started due to a new found motivation. I was willing to do anything to loose weight. I did level 1 without being breathless. I was thinking that this is too easy. I can do it for an entire month without a problem.
Day 2- My thighs were soo sore. However, I maintained my diet and did the dvd while doing beginner's moves for some of them. However, I added weights. Mayb day 1 was easy because I didnt have weights yet?
Day 3- Need motivation because I am exhausted from work and still a bit sore. I will do it now so I can not procrasinate. :)
UPDATE: Just finished day 3.. feel great. Suprisingly it wasnt as hard as I imagined. Much better than day 1 and 2.

I have been missing more days than i wanted to lately. Started level 2 and so far have done 2 days on it and dang its hard! She can W O R K you out! I am positive if i keep it up and also work on my diet, i can lose major weight InshaAllah. but with a toddler and new born, its hard to fit things in my daily schedule. Need to work on the diet part, my diet isnt bad per say but i need to include more healthier options like fruits and veggies.

day 4- The workout was easy because I started it as soon as I came back from work. However, the diet is a whole different story. I ate CHIPS! lots of chips... :( Jogged with hubby for an extra 15 minutes but felt sooooo guilty. I am not sore at all anymore.
Day 5- Ate very healthy. So proud of myself. However, do not feel like putting in the DVD. :( P.S. cant believe it is day 5 already. i am 1/6th of the way there if I just do it right now. :)
UPDATE: Finished day 5... gave it my all and felt that it became very easy.
Day 6- Barely managed to finish. I was so busy that I didnt get a chance to eat today. All I had was an apple. Will go eat right now so I do not binge late at night. :)
P.S. any one else doing the shred? Plz post. I could really use some motivation

Im doing the shred but had to stop last week cuz i was sick!! Restarted today but i missed not doing it horribly!! I decided to change my eating habits too so I started a food journal on my phone and I have noticed since i started the shred, my shirts are getting looser!! Lets hope I can stay on track!!

My friend and i have been doing level 1 because its on youtube and i saw her after two weeks and wow she has lost inches!!! I was so happy fir her because she has been more disciplined than me and it shows. So u ladies keep at it!!!

I just started today after reading this thread for the last few days!
Day 1 of level 1. Uff this workout is tiring!
I really think I need lighter dumbbells...I thought I could use 5 lb ones but eeeshh!

hahahaha guilty.. the first time I idd this shred years ago... I stopped at level 2.. there is something with this shred.. either because we see improvement and just get lazy or level 2 is plain boring!

I woke up sooo sore today after day 1. My chest and upper body felt like its been hit by a bus. Butt and legs were sore too but I’m used to working those muscles so its a good sore.
Just did day 2 of level 1. It kicked my butt but I knew what I was getting into so it wasnt that bad. I also added my own stretches at warm up and cool down coz i feel like hers is too rushed.
I’ll keep posting my progress so I can keep myself accountable ![]()

Really, how quickly did you notice a diff? I never see a difference until 2-3 weeks of starting something. Don't lose hope, keep at it!
