day 1 = level 1
with 3lb weights,
did make me sweat, worked me up, but i got through it on the lowest intesity - ie easiest workout, felt really good afterwards, lets see how long i can do it for!

Ok so I downloaded level 1 and managed to do five mins and this lady is evil, I need some support who's up for doing it with me !!!!

day 2 - did the whole thing without stopping, felt good doing it, and even better when finished...i am doing it at the lowest level so not keeping up with the girl who works hardest...inshallah just need loads of toning...
girls, there is no point doing this and then eating junk, it's all about what you eat which cuts you up and defines your muscles...
cut the sugar, processed foods and junk and the fat will slowly but surely start melting away....

^^ Easy for you to say. When i m hungry i eat what i can get. I use to be able to control it but with breastfeeding if i dont eat in time i get really dizzy. Also i have noticed that i need carbs to fully end my hunger.

hey guys, if your bf, you need to increase calorie intake...by around 500 calories...
never stay hungry keep eating but the right stuff....also your energy will be lower so don't be so hard on yourself...

I wont be able to start today.. my mom and husband are very much against me starting shred so soon after c section and I also had another abdomen surgery 6 weeks ago so for now I will be playing ping pong at home!!!
just 30 mins of that was exhausting last nite.. I will wait couple of months and then start the shred inshaAllah!!

for the ladies who have just given birth a couple of months ago why don't you incorporate something like walk away the pounds (you can get videos for that on youtube) and also pilates.
Both of these things are easy and will help you build your stamina plus pilates lets you see results after 10 sessions. And once your stamina is built you can do the shred without wanting to give up and it being too hard on your body.
