I have been doing the shred for about 2 weeks now, not everyday as I don't have time but every other day and it's fab I love it!!!
I tried level 2 today,,whooaaaaa it was tough but you really feel you have worked hard.
Started again, three days back and this time InshaAllah I m gettin thru wit it. Have been three days.. tomo will be the fourth one. So far a bit of body ache. & I can already feel fresh and light.
I'm having some issues with the DVD. Some exercises I find are too easy, others a bit more challenging. I only use the DVD when I'm travelling outside the country. When I'm at home, I'm hitting the gym 5 days a week for 1 hour individual or group workouts. I wonder if it's because my endurance level has increased because of my hard cardio+resistance training?
I stopped doing the shred way back in August. I was somewhere in the middle of Level 2. I stopped because I was traveling and couldn’t get my hands on any weights or work out in private. I might start the shred again in the summer but for now I’m content with my weight.
I personally love the Insanity workout - its quite intense, but you can feel the pounds melting off. If you can pull it off for a few weeks, you'll see an immediate change.

hey slize---if you're serious...i would say the results are good? I mean it really tones you and you feel more energetic and definitely eat healthier cuz u know you just worked your butt off. As for numbers and stuff...i dunno cuz there really isn't a particular amount i want to lose?

I done it today and WOW i forgot how much it works you out! Considering I've been gymming it recently as well! It's a good workout and I'm definitely gonna keep on with it as well as gym workouts!
