Does anyone know if I can find the video online? Also, there is another Jillian Micheals workout that I do, its an hour long and its done without weight but its super intesive. I cant remeber the name right now. If I do that workout can I still post about it in this thread? :confused:

I'm going to give this a try. I am used to doing intense cardio (taebo) but that is an hour long, so 20 minutes shouldn't be TOO hard. You ladies without weights used canned food or bought weights? I only have 5lb weights.

Okay, so I was too impatient and ended up downloading it off a Torrent site. Thank god the version I found has all the levels in one long video. And 20-minutes a day sounds too good to be true but I am so excited. We should also have a list where it mentions the people who are on it or using this method since not everyone may wanna go through 24 pages of posts. Can a mod add the names of people doing it in the original first post done by Khawa?

Noo cuppy you have to do it we all are doing together dont be disheart :hugz: .. when i finished level one i lost only one kg bohaat mushkil se and i was and still i m sweating like craazzzzzy but still lost only 1 even though i m controlling my self over food not having rice potato sweets and all .. back on track buddy :lifey: v’ll do it

^ I have downloaded that and i wanted to start adding it to my 30day crunch workout. Just can’t seem to get myself off the sofa to even turn it on although i did manage to do about 10 minutes of it.

Guyyyys i done my workout for shred todayyy! And i loved every minute of it! I completed the whole workout without needing to collapse at all! :smiley: very very satisfied! Briiing it on! Also thanks so much for the motivation M_was_here and apple blossom!! :wub: WOOO!

I am thinking to start jumping rope for atleast 15-20 minutes after JM, i was reading about ‘skipping rope’ it burns alot of calories in short time one can easy burn 200kcal in 12-15 mins. lets see what happens .. now my routine

Day 14,15 and 16 went Good but it’s still HARD for me :rolleyes: and still lost only 2kg’s :hinna: will work hard more INSHALLAH.
i want to loose 6 kg’s in order to achieve my goal.. what about you girlss ??

Have you measured your waistline, hips, etc? You might not actually lose weight but you’ve probably decreased in size. :slight_smile:

I did the metabolism boost workout today and I did like 15 minutes of abs/core pilates and for some reason I wasn't hungry so I've only eaten around 700 calories today. Weight loss here I come.
