Buy a rubber bottom area mat.....only needs to be as big as u need it to be to work out. An aerobic mat shouldnt slip either.
I loved level 2.... Lost the most amt of inches in this level.... And yes its hard... When i was dying....i would alternate with stuff from the first level...
Day 2 = DONE!! yess!!! I'm so on this workout! I wasnt in much pain today but could definately feel it. In much more pain now tho because I pushed myself harder! Woo 28 days to go :P
Day 1 :
It wasn't that bad because i have been running/exercising since last few months.
but i can still feel pain in my arms. hopefully i can lose a few inches from this workout !
Day 2:
I am starting to love this workout!
30 minutes of JM and 15 minutes of running on treadmill!
just a bit of pain in arms:( hopefully it will be gone in a week or so
