I hpnestly dont know.... I have never counted calories in my life... The o es lost during a work out nor the ones eaten :D
OMG after reading this thread i was really motivated to get this DVD and start the 30 day shred. So i got the dvd and i just had my first session. but i could only manage 15 minutes of it! Gosh i'm so unfit! I thought i wasnt that bad but wow JM sure does make you WORK!
I started feeling sick after 15 minutes. Why is that?
Did everyone else manage to do the whole 30 minutes?
As tough as the workout is, I oddly feel euphoric once it's over. I'm not sure if the euphoria is because of the exercise itself or me being glad the workout is over. :/
Day 3 always gets better. Even when you start level 2 and 3, first couple days would be tougher, then by day 3 it won't be so bad. found the same with her other workout called Ripped.
I did day 1 on thursday and I was in so much pain and so sore…
Did day 2 today (yes 4 days later )…well i started getting tired by the warmup :D…but I made it through the entire workout. I was planning on going to the gym as well, but i was tooo tired for that. but its funny, I had her muted and had music on instead and I found I was able to get through the cardio exercises…normally its too difficult to go through them.
I should admit though, I don’t use weights at all…I just go through the motions..just never got around to buying weights.
Haha... I did too.... But u actually get something out of hating e work out... Weight loss :DSo hate away!To the poster who complained of feeling nauseous... I did too... The first dayi did it... Dont drink water too much.... Just a sip if u have to.

and i have dedicated 10min to skipping rope yani i am skipping 100 times after JM workout
Apple.... U mentioned my quick weit loss with level 1.... Have u also read the part where i didnt lose any or very little at level 3? Thats how my body is...when i start a diet or work out...i lose weight very fast... En it slows down and becomes steady.Its good ure not letting it get to u.... Just keep plouhhging through... U definately cant gain weight doing it :D
WOOOO! I completed level 1 day 1! But seriously i could not stand for even a second! I collapsed right back onto the sofa but you know it's really pumped me and i'm actually looking forward to working out tomorrow. I find JM really motivating because she's like you don't get no fit abs without pain and i think yessss i can do it! BRING IT ON! i'm really motivated as this workout really does work me out! I hope i'm not in too much pain tomorrow as when i done that 15 minutes of it i was in so much pain especially my thighs! WOOO LETS DO THIS GUYSS!!!! :D
Thats what it should be bout....weight loss i inches rather than actual weight.... Ppl should be able to see u looking fitter... Imagine carrying a weighing machine everywhere to prove the weight loss in actual weight... Stupid D
i have started 2nd level today (day 1) its killing mee khaawaaaa really every second of this work out isa REALLL HARD
plus i have a problem . I have a tile floor in my home and my hands were slipping badly during workout and i wasnt able to do it properly i tried to place a mat but it was slipping as well what should i doo heeeellllpppp
