they went pretty okay not so bad!! and Khawa thank you so much for u inspiring words, I am gona do the exact thing that u mentioned, I wont b checkin my weight till day 20th. my body got a bit soar but thts abt it, nothin much :)

I'm planning on starting this next week but the problem is I don't have any weights :/ I'd like to purchase some but I'm broke :/ Is there something else I could use in place of weights that would suffice?

Use cans of food... Anything that weighs bout 3lbs....And u can hold in ure hand to work out.... Vaxcuum pipe maybe? Na that wont be 3lbs... Look around the house...

^ If you have canned foods (chick peas, tomato paste, etc) those work as well. Just make sure your careful with them.
But man this lady really works you out. I workout at the gym once in a while for 45 mins and don't get as tired as she exhausted me in literally 5 mins.

Hmmm, most of the cans of food I have at home are less than 3 lbs. I did find two 2L juice bottles with handles. I think I'll fill them up with water and use them for the time being, until I get the opportunity to purchase real weights. 2 L of water weigh somewhere around 2 kg I think? So that's around 4.4 lbs. Thank you for the advice.

According to what I found through a Google search, it burns around 150-250 calories depending on the height and weight of the person who's doing the workout and the level being performed.

So day 5 and 6 ALHUMDULLILAH went fine .. no sore muscles anymore my stamina has increased now and i have found that i lost 1kg . feeling my tummy looks a bit less
i want to know m i slow?? am i not doing it in a rightway ?? khawa u lost 5kgs in 10 days and till now i lost **only ONE **:hinna:

even though i have changed my eating habits as well .. not having rice, roti, choclates ,chips any kind of sweet instead of roti i m having brown khubz ( brown arabic bread) and only yesterday i had a medium plate of brown rice

Everyone loses weight in a diff way.... I mentioned i had a lot on my plate when i was doing my shred.... Mil had cancer.... We had guests.... And i had a toddler.... I did not sit the whole day! LITERALLY..... One proper meal a day was my diet... Rest was salad.... Oh and proper bfast.... I didnt have the time to snack...S it sll added upLike i said.... Dnt measure ure weight loss with any others.... U will just put ureself up for dissappointment.... I know a girl who got an amazing belly due to the shred .... In the same amount of time....i didnt... Wo cares...As long as ure getting somewhere... All tjat matters... 1 kg lose kara na... U will lose more! Dont starve ureself... Wont work!

Oh MY GOD! I just did the workout right now. I didn't find the cardio that difficult but the exercises with the weights killed me :/ I feel veeeery dizzy right now.
