n yes i can't find any impressive thing in this farman .i think fridays qutba n a new zakir speech is more spiritual n impresive thn this . every body is emphasizing for high qualification n for peace n properity.thats is something which is always been asked to do frm ours elders so nothing new in this farman .go n read sermons letter n saying of prophet(saw) n imam Ali(as) imam hassan(as) ,imam hussain(as), imam zainul abedeen(as) imam mohd baqir(as), imam muse kazim(as) ,immali raza (as),imam taqi ul hadi(as) imam naqi(as) imam hassan askari (as)n imam mahdi (AS) n thn see ur imam farman u 'll find gr8 diff .

12 commander .................. if u r using it 12 imam ......... than thats not right coz the word commander is generally related to military expidition...... and except hazrat ali , hazrat hasan and 2 some extent can be cald as commander but what about the rest 9 ?

12 caliph ............ except 4 hazrat ali and 2 some extent hazrat hasan, rest of the 10 cud not become caliph ................ ........... they had got no authority they cud not enforce the shariah and jurisprudence the 12e'r follow.

Shakir 24:55] Allah has promised to those of you who believe and do good that He will most certainly make them rulers in the earth as He made rulers those before them, and that He will most certainly establish for them their religion which He has chosen for them, and that He will most certainly, after their fear, give them security in exchange; they shall serve Me, not associating aught with Me; and whoever is ungrateful after this, these it is who are the. transgressors.

Do realize that they use masculine, future tense and pluralism in the ayat. Allah chooses the khalifa's, not us. When all your khalifas were on their death beds, that is when they appointed them. And look here, Allah appoints them, I really don't see anything from Allah saying, "Behold! Abu Bakr is your Imam!" As for Imam Ali (as), 5:67.

يَا أَيُّهَا الرَّسُولُ بَلِّغْ مَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ مِن رَّبِّكَ وَإِن لَّمْ تَفْعَلْ فَمَا بَلَّغْتَ رِسَالَتَهُ وَاللّهُ يَعْصِمُكَ مِنَ النَّاسِ إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الْكَافِرِينَ {67}
Shakir 5:67] O Messenger! deliver what bas been revealed to you from your Lord; and if you do it not, then you have not delivered His message, and Allah will protect you from the people; surely Allah will not guide the unbelieving people.

i asked obove Q after reading u'r imam farman. but generally i'm asking that do u think u'r imam teaching n personality is a reflection of Prophet(saw) n Ali(as)n his teaching. r u ppl living according to islamic sharia'h .which fikh do u obey in order to live according to quran n sunnah. these r the general Qs we have been asking .

Ok, Trulyurs posted the ahadith that I was going to post lol. The main point is, 12. I don’t see any Sunni Khalifa’s ending at 12, and surely you don’t have 12 Imams.

we have had 12 imams and the line continues.. the hadith could also have been about our 12 imams.. the hadith says there are to be 12 commanders.. it doesn’t say there aren’t gonna be anymore after the 12.. also, Huzoor (S.A.W) said there were gonna be 12 commanders.. 12ers had 11 imams but no other muslim sect except for 12ers verify even the birth of your 12th imam.. so u had 11 imams not 12 (according to everyone except 12ers obviously).. which proves that Huzoor (S.A.W) was telling us that if imamat doesn’t countinue till the 12th then it’s not the right line of imams..

i’m happy that now u know somethin about your religion that u previously didn’t know.. that ayatollah’s are hujjat of your imam.. the ayatollahs being hujjat of imam proves my doubts about the authenticity of the 12th imam being there or not.. coz the teachings of ayatollahs are flawed otherwise muslims (other than 12rs) wouldn’t have been killed in iran..

dear trulyurs, u ignored this post of mine.. would u like to comment on it??

as far as fiqh is concerned, we follow the imam who has the noor of previous imams.. so if any pevious imam had works of fiqh, we naturally follow that imam's works on fiqh, shariah etc..

also, some of the things are changed by imams during their imamats like the way we pray etc..

alright, i know exactly what you r talkin about but i must say that it’s your bad luck u didn’t meet the type of ismailis you were supposed to. ismailis in canada are of gujarati heritage and even i, as a ismaili with little knowledge don’t consider them to be real ismailis. i think they create nothin but misconceptions about the ismaili aqidah.

There are numerous hadeeths in this regard, which can be found in the authoritative Sunni works. Abul Juldh in Fath al-Bari narrates the hadeeth that:

*This Ummat will not end and the Day of Judgment will not come, till the coming of 12 Khalifas, they will be guided, on the Deen of Truth. *

Allamah Badradaen Aini in Ummdthul Qari Sharah Sahih Bukhari narrates:

*‘This Ummah will not end until the passing of the twelve, they will all be true guides from the Ahlulbayt.’ *

We read in Ya Nabi al-Muwaddat:

The Prophet of Allah said that I am the Chief of Prophets, Ali is the Chief of Wasi, after me there will be 12 Wasi, 1st of them is Ali (as), last of them is Mahdi.

*Ya Nabi al Muwaddat page 105 (Beirut) *

We read in Fasl al-Khitab:

*The Prophet of Allah said, that "after me will be 12 Khalifas O Ali you are the first and Mahdi will be the last, East and West will be conquered at his hands.” *

On the very page we also read:

*Imam Hussain (as) said " The 12 Imams are from us, 1st one is Ali, and the last is Mahdi (as), who is the living truth, Allah will awaken the earth through him, his religion will rule over all other religions.” *

*The Prophet said, “Mahdi is from us Ahlulbayt.”

2. That the Imam must be appointed by God. Therefore, the Imam of the time cannot be a corrupt Sultan appointed by his father, or a rebel who has taken power through force, nor somebody elected by the Muslims.
3. That there will only be Twelve such Imams after the Prophet (s).

one thing more after PROPHET (saw) no body suppose to change his teaching coz all the teaching were according to Quran n wahies which Jibrail(as) teached Prophet(SAW) on behalf of Allah.So the conclusion is that no imam can change wajib n sunnat amaal.which is previously taught by hazoor (SAW).if we change it means we have doubhts on Prophet(SAW) teaching.(nouzibillah).changing of wajib amal by ur imam shows ur imam have doubhts on Nabi akhiruzama(SAW).

The people in that list are not Imams..They are the forefathers of the Sheikh tracing back to Imam Ali (as). Do show some sort of shajrah for your Imam.

Look or read anywhere and you'll see that 5:67 was revealed after the event of Ghadir Khumm. You've heard the phrase, Man kunto maula fahadha Aliyyun Maula, no? If you're 1 of those who say "oh nabi meant friend", kiss my biyjoutgb. You must be an IDIOT to call back 100,000 Arabs after dispersing just to say "Ali is my friend!"

Tell me then what these 12 khalifas are, who they are and where they are from.

In Sahih Muslim,

The Prophet said:
The religion will endure until the Day of Judgement, for as long as twelve persons from Quraysh will rule over you as my successors.

Who exactly are these 12 successors then as you truly do believe these books are 100% Sahih but then when I give you my argument, Non-Shia's will deny such a hadith. So who are these 12, Abu Bakr was from Banu Taym, Umar was from Banu Adiyy, Usmaan was from Umayyad and Imam Ali (as) was the only one from Bani Hashim.

town boy,, here we r discussing abt imam who must be a reflection of Prophet(SAW).whose teaching must match according to quran n sunnah .who is a saviour of deen of Allah n teaches n guide according to QURAN N SUNNAH.who dont care abt luxuries n lust of worldy materialistic thing, but focussed on prevailing msg of Allah n guide ppl according to islamic sharia'h . n u r asking abt common ppl,whether its iran lebnon ,iraq syria or who so ever.wht ever they r doing its according to thr thinking n they r responsible for thr deeds.hell n heaven r made for us not for nabi, mursaleen n masoomeen. so better don talk abt common ppl.we all r guided according to quran n sunnah if we r not obeying thats our problem .we wll get ours saza n jaza accordingly.but here im asking abt a man who is a wali or khalifa of God.who is a naib of rasool (SAW).who's teaching must be according to quran n sunnah n whose practices shows the peak of pious.does ur immam teaching n practice shows that?????

why shouldn't i talk about common ppl... coz common people like the ayatollah's are a hujjat of your imam and their teachings certainly don't appeal to me.. if the ayatollah's support the funding to terrorist organizations for violent activities, that means the order is coming straight from your imam which goes against islamic teachings.. which is obvious..

one thing more after PROPHET (saw) no body suppose to change his teaching coz all the teaching were according to Quran n wahies which Jibrail(as) teached Prophet(SAW) on behalf of Allah.So the conclusion is that no imam can change wajib n sunnat amaal.which is previously taught by hazoor (SAW).if we change it means we have doubhts on Prophet(SAW) teaching.(nouzibillah).changing of wajib amal by ur imam shows ur imam have doubhts on Nabi akhiruzama(SAW).

well huzoor(S.A.W) said if we hold strong to quran and ahle bait then we won't go astray..we believe that we follow the true imam so we have to follow what the imam of the time tells us just like ppl during huzoor's(S.A.W) had to folow all of his commands.. the difference is that imam DOES NOT get wahi but still possesses the knowledge to guide us to the right path...
