Makrooh hai kay haram mujhay naheen maloom na koi aisa fatwa suna hai.
Agar sochoon to jaan ko marnay wala kaam karna to mana hai so mana ho sakta hai. Aisay kaam jis say jaan jaanay ka khatra ho un say parhaiz karna chahiaay.

Brother it was not an argument but just information. Plz dont extract wrong meanings and give your own assumptions.You misunderstood my statement though it was crystal clear. Since this thread is related to smoking and some confusion as to it is haram or makroo, I said it is sole n exclusive right of Allah(swt) and his Messenger(saws) to declare some thing haram or halal.
As to whether tobacco is allowed in Islam or not, there is no specific verse which talks particularly about smoking or tobacco in Quraan. But alhumdulillah Quraan deals with every concept of our life and only one verse is sufficient to deal with and to clear many related doubts and misconceptions. For which i quoted few verses from surah Baqarah, Nisaa and Aaraaf and also one hadith from Abu Dawood.
Alhumdulillah it became very easy for us to conclude whether smoking is permissible or not? Mohammed (saws) taugh us that every intoxicant is haram and we should not contribute for our own destruction. We even know that chewing tobacco or smoking causes many diseases like cancer and may even cause death! Thus we can see both signs of intoxicants and destruction in smoking. Now its upto slaves either accept or deny!!
