Well for starters:
-340,403 sq miles of pure *land **with oil, gas and natural resources
-easy access to irans gas/oil, central asia
-control of the western indian ocian, arabian sea
-wet dreams that Hinduvta's get about reinventing the long lost ashoka empire
-you wouldn't have to dam up all those rivers back in Kashmir
-the fact that Pakistani state is 3rd the size but equal the power of Indian *might
-the fact that you can sit on our border with 1 million men to think if you should attack or not and at the end go back home
-the fact that supposedly the proxy war that Pakistan is fighting in Occupied kashmir with 700k indian soldiers which is costing india dearly in monetary expenses, loss of morale, daily squabbles, etc.
-the fact that India lost almost half of the Kashmir when Pakistan was merely one year old and you still can't get it back even after attacking Pakistan and trying many times.
-the fact that you constantly have to plan against Pakistan, wouldn't it be great if there was no Pakistan? That is the indian obsession.

:D
dont be jealous chintu…we indians and pakis are bhai bhai lolz
i see you bring irrefutable references so india tried to combat pakistani advances in lets says kashmir by attacking lahore and punjab but clearly india did not want to wage war only wanted to block unwanted advances? 800 indians were found on pakistani side of border and how many pakistanis were found on the indian side , one air craft?
BBC ON THIS DAY | 6 | 1965: Indian Army invades W Pakistan
and even putting this aside can u honestly say that indian have ever accepted the soverign state of pakistan without getting all twisted.
enjoy reading the love for akhand bharat here
The Sangh strikes
The day Indians will comprehend the fact that crossing the international border is an act of war they will stop making such claims.

What made Pakistan go to Kashmir in the first place?
Agreed it is not international border .... but Pakistan was a signatory to the UN resolutions establishing the cease fire line and it was clear in that there will be no crossing of this line. Which part of this did Pakistani leadership not understand?
From your report only
On 25 August, Pakistani soldiers launched a covert operation across the ceasefire line, established in 1949 after the first Indo-Pakistani war, into Indian-administered Jammu and Kashmir
As i said Ayub was facing a lot of problems politically in Pakistan .... he had to deflect that .... hence this plan to attack Kashmir. The morons though that India had suffered a loss with China so they would not hit back ...... big mistake.

So, did they hit back? If they did then it sure got lost on many nations who were tuned-in and on in-session UN and millions of Pakistanis who proudly celecberate the "Defence day 6th Sep-1965"
Ps: Chinese allowed India to live, and till this date India's efforts to fortify its borrowed technology and defence mechanisim to some how tame its chinese neihgbour. Do they have any offensive mechanism for them yet ? I don't see any,,
Re: Is India not a threat to Pakistan? (Split from AAZ interview to WSJ thread)
india also signed a UN deal to allow kashmiris right to refrendum. I am not getting into kashmir business with you, i have exceedingly low opinions of indian extremists and thei foreign policy is a reflection of that. Leaving paksitan out has india maintained half way decent relationships with any enighbouring country? it is all about real politik with india and your point goes dead as even if i concede kashmir problem was initiated by pakistan, still doesnt explain why india would start attacking lahore , could have retaliated on kashmir front and gone to UN?no? so to answer the thread india has always been a thorn in paksitan's side. Dont insult our intelligence by coming to this forum and telling us that india has been dying to embrace us as a nation only all of our regimes have been deflecting tensions by blaming india. remember we have a long history and i also posted a link that oyu postively ignored.

Dont want to start a thread on Kashmir here but read the UN resolutions on UN website not from your propaganda....... India AND Pakistan signed, this will suffice for the time being.
No India is not dying to embrace Pakistan ....... but the reality is Pakistan is a neighbour ..... India likes it or not, they have to live with them. It is in India's interest to have " peacefull" relationship with Pakistan. India has enough resources and capability to grow on its own ..... it does not need to occupy another country to get that capability.
Pakistan ..... rather some people in Pakistan need to get out of this " India will attack" mindset and get on with their lives. As for India's relation with its other neighbours ....... it shares good relations with all of them.
Re: Is India not a threat to Pakistan? (Split from AAZ interview to WSJ thread)
Same ol retarded debate.
Pakistanis, you have much bigger problems right now than a threat from India. Get your country together and start building the economy. India can help.
Indians, you have marched far ahead of Pakistan. Start competing with China, build on your positives and work on your problems.
Everyone, get laid.
Re: Is India not a threat to Pakistan? (Split from AAZ interview to WSJ thread)
aam bandha, im still waiting for proof as to how Pakistan Army attacked india in 1971.

Translation from link: India will not oppose Pak-US civil nuke deal (like what India got recently).
Chinta, do you see any of us trolling on Indian forums? Atleast get your facts right:
Being from Indian-occupied Kashmir valley, and as such not giving two hoots about either countries, I must say that out of both the Indian and Pakistani forums I'm a member of, Indians do troll on 90% of those Pakistani forums whereas I haven't seen any Pakistanis trolling on Indian forums.
lol

And then you woke up!
English version:
India will not object to Pak-US civil nuke deal: Mukherjee
And then you woke up!
Stop living in denial bro. Nobody is perfect, but nobody can argue that India is far ahead of Pakistan.
The first step towards solving a problem is acknowledging that there IS a problem!
Pull up your socks and start cleaning up your mess.

It's ahead of Pakistan, I agree. However it is not 'Far ahead' as you have stated, and is still far behind the level of putting itself in 'competition' with China.
