Restaurant business is very tough and rough. You need to have a thick skin to survive the pressure in a professional kitchen. You don’t become chef of a resturant just because you have a diploma. Most likely you will start as kitchen help doing cleaning and may be prepping with minimum wage. It can take many years to get a chef or even sou chef job in a good restaurant.

part of the course is to work in a professional kitchen for 3 years but thats optional.
