ok now if a guy hits his wife on face for a thing he said n wife presented his own opinion n he was like"don't argue with me ever.how many times i told u..Slap" n the wife involves relatives.So instead of appology he sticks on his claim that its my right n i'll keep beating her until she does watsoever i say.Now the wife leaves the house n doesn't wanna return thinking"if it happened once it will happen again"She wants separation plus other issues involved too.Now some favor her to separte others like she should bear with such things n not take the big step.And the husband is asking her to come back on one end n boasts infront of relatives that he'll keep hitting her everyday now n she won't b allowed to visit any relatives.Should she continue for sake of soceity or separate?

I am not sure who said what in this thread so far but here is the deal ..
Islam does allow husband to physically hit his wife if needed .. but with due respect .. first you need to be a husband like that who has taqwa and imaan of that level where he is sure that he taking care of each and every minute rights of his wife and will not be asked a single question on the day of judgment about not performing his duties as a husband ..
if a guy is 100% sure about that ... and still he sees that wife is out of control .. then yes maybe he can ...
A husband is allowed to hit his wife only in cases where everything else failed...like talking, yelling, reasoning out, etc.. usually it is to be used as a last resort if there is repeated character flaws or something really really not nice.
If someone abuses their wife for petty issues, I don't think it's considered appropriate.

Also, in the time of Muhammad (s), society did not like the fact of marrying the daughter of your adopted son. But Muhammad (s) did so, because Allah Mian commanded it. Just because "society" expects something from you, does not make that an excuse for you to do something....Step out of society and set an example for the other sisters to the right thing when they are being wronged!

Where did you hear/read that ? did you mean wife of an adopted son ? Because Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) did marry his X adopted son Ibrahim's wife Zainab/Zaynab bint Jahsh.
Allah gave her the right to divorce, so why deny that right for "society"?

yes, sorry, I meant wife for the adopted son. That was a typo (I was speaking for the case of Zainab/Zaid (R)..
As for the the second.
In the case of the wife choosing to end the marriage, she may return the marriage gifts to her husband. Returning the marriage gifts in this case is a fair compensation for the husband who is keen to keep his wife while she chooses to leave him. *The Quran has instructed Muslim men not to take back any of the gifts they have given to their wives except in the case of the wife choosing to dissolve the marriage: *
"It is not lawful for you (Men) to take back any of your gifts except when both parties fear that they would be unable to keep the limits ordained by Allah. T*here is no blame on either of them if she give something for her freedom.* These are the limits ordained by Allah so do not transgress them" (Quran 2:229).
Also, a woman came to the Prophet Muhammad seeking the dissolution of her marriage, she told the Prophet that she did not have any complaints against her husband's character or manners. Her only problem was that she honestly did not like him to the extent of not being able to live with him any longer. The Prophet asked her: "Would you give him his garden (the marriage gift he had given her) back?" she said: "Yes". The Prophet then instructed the man to take back his garden and accept the dissolution of the marriage (Bukhari).

You are totally off the page and your understanding of the issue is inaccurate .
Even in the case of Khula, husband still has to say Tallaq 3 times. If he doesn't...... well it's a long discussion. You should do some research on the issue of TALAAQ.
Just a simple difference in TALAQ and Khula.
Talaq:
Once said 3 times by husband, its a done deal.
Khula:
If woman is asking for Khula for gair-sharayee reasons, husband can deny and no one can say or do anything, in this case she still stays his wife

Husbands are allowed to slap their wifes as a last result (a slap on the face)should it continue and the slapping is not changing the wifes ways, they should then divorce....

and in case of khulla if husband doesnt say talaaq 3 times then court is always there and they ask/force hubby to give divorce to the wife. aap bismillah to karo tareeqe nikal hi atey hain:)

It a sad reality that we (muslim men) are too quick to mention wife's beating, naqab etc etc when we should only talk about this when we ourself are TRULY following Islam and performing every single duty of husband as ordered in Islam. Its Islamic (and logical too) to first mold yourself according to islam and then ask others to do something.
Most of us will be fuming if wife ask for separate house JUST because she want to have her own house but we will be quick to mention "o islam allow husband to hit wife" ....
