well depends what are we dealing with .... personally i have close to no-shame, RESPECTING other people though is different..

FOR EXAMPLE, i met someone for first time, happens to be a girl and she's just.. gorgeous in a sexy way, i will very much be ABLE to say, i like ur looks, u're very sexy..

fact, that it will change her state of mind, i might not say it..

being shy is only good some times...not all the time.

Shyness brings out Modesty. Its a really strong trait.

Yes, be Shy when you have to be, and when you don't. But its a trait most people lose, so you're lucky to have it :p

Shyness is what this world is missing, being behaya will degrade our society...(as prophecized)

I used to be incredibly shy....even now I am reserved with people that I don't know but I have learn't to overcome my shyness...there is not enough time out there to be shy. Get rid of your shyness...I still have some way to go myself.
