Peace diwana bro
All praise is to Allah (SWT) ... May He make me better than what I am perceived by others to be. I am not fit to earn your respects, May He humble me.
I agree with you although my response did not emphasise what you have picked out from the question. I tried to explain the mechanics of how we got here, you have explained why people will misinterpret, which is correct ... people will not do so out of adherence to Qur'an and Sunnah rather they will falsely justify to themselves where necessary to fulfil their own desires and agendas that Qur'an and Sunnah says such and such and twist it for their sheep like audience.
The position we find ourselves in today i.e. that the wrong people stand up to represent us and the people are too simple to discern the truth from what is said to them is a matter of many years of gradual disinformation and religious neglect. Those people responsible for the twisting mind games today would have been snipped at the bud had the Islamic infrastructure remained in place ensuring that things like this could not happen. That was the angle I was trying to portray ... your angle being totally valid in that despite years of misalignment everyone is still responsible for what they do and those people who promote tyrrany in the name of Islam are to blame not the people before them.
Peace Psyah!
Bro! How did you deduce I do not respect you while I said respected Psyah!?
I did get the message from your post and do agree with most of it except when there is a tone of being apologetic or defensive, which I would not agree with. Especially first sentence of your last paragraph.
"It is ignorance that **makes us resort to terror **and it is ignorance that makes us disassociate from those Muslims who feel they are fighting a war of freedom."
People are not resorting to terror here for any reason. These criminals are choosing to these barbaric actions regardless what Islam says otherwise.
Its an issue of psychological pressure on those who believe in Islam and making them think negatively or planting the seed of doubt.
People who ask these questions have two faces.
On one hand they say, By all means they have no disrespect for islam or they are firmly believing Islam is a religion of humanity and not condoning these acts and on the other hand to make others fall in to defensive foot they ask, I wonder if there was a loophole in Islam to allow these barbaric acts.
What kind of firm believe will make someone question such a clear mistake.
Point is: I did not believe OP for one second even though he wrote multiple sentences to clear his position.
Sorry for confusion there.
Peace again.
