wouldn't it benefit the people of j&k and ajk the most? open borders for them
right now it's so unbelievable this whole idea no doubt with all the terrorism in south asia but when both countries are developed enough, i think it will definitely be a benefit
how exactly does the european union work though, anybody know? what are the laws that were penned down?

Such a block would be great but it won't be possible because the back-stabbing hindu indians wud never want something peaceful and positive coming out of this region. They have been stabbing all their neighbors in the back to satisfy their agenda and this would be no exception.

It didn't happen over night. It took two devastating world wars to realise that they should not fight amongst each other. The first move was to build trust between each other. That was done by eliminating any chance of a potential war by signing the European Coal and steel community (ECSC) in 1951. This was the start of the EU.
As per the laws, as far as I know the EU only interfere in the monetary and fiscal policies of the member countries. They need to follow the EU guidelines for the same. The civil laws in the EU is independent to the member states. However, violation of human rights is strictly not acceptable.

LOL :) actually in the past two years being around pakistanis and indians online, i've come across all kinds, i've seen a lot worse and learned a lot including one or two of those insults in hindi/urdu that pakistanis and indians say to each other. :D

South Asian Union?
With occupiers and murderers like India in the region? I think not! I don't think the oppressed Kashmiris would like to be part of any such arrangement until they're given their rightful independence, free of both Pakistan and India. Afterall, what's a union if there's no harmony ;)
