here's what you should do... shake hands with him but make it very obvious to him that you're extremely uncomfortable while you do that. half during during the handshake, start shaking visibly, eventually start crying which should turn into loud, violent sobbing shortly... finally, just start saying all the arabic that you know out loudly. if you don't know any arabic, just start singing some sad Urdu song... but sing it like you're angry.
that will preserve your emaan, Allah will also be happy knowing that even though you shook hands with a man, you were really unhappy about it. that will make Allah happy and the pervert who shook your hand will also get the message... and of course, he will burn in hell for forcing you to shake hands with him... Inshallah...
