Somehow I see a hint in Chapter Al-Nisa, Verse 2 that incest never played a role in creation/flourishing of Mankind. Not 100 % sure, but Allah will insha'Allah clear all "doubts"...

Yes … I agree with Bigboi posted regarding Adam (AS) that there are many Adams but there is only one Adam (AS) who came first … For all we know Adam (AS) is many 100,000s of years old … It is not Islamic belief that humans have lived only a few 1000s of years, (that belief mainly stems from Christianity and Judaism) … However, it is our belief that we have all come from a “common ancestor” - ironic hey? … whose name was Adam … May peace and blessings be on him …
