2 days ago my sister was telling her daughter wore a sharara with all matching stuffs A lady got jealous. Other were happy and asking her to sher shoes and jewlery.

I never ever bought any designer stuff in my life. I don't like to buy cheap and bay hungum design and less beautiful things and so expensive.

I always buy beautiful and cheap stuffs.

Why would waist our father/brother/husband/son's money in waist. They do lots of mehnat and work hard so we have to think that way.

Khud kama kar kharch karnay walay bhi ahmaq lugtay hain mujhay jo apni itni mehnat say job kar kay faqat naam pay itna paisay ura detay hain.

Yani kamatay dukan walon ko denay kay liaay hain.

Allah Akhirat main hissab laay ga kay hum nain ghareebon ka maal tumharay haath main dia tha tum nain ussay kis tarha kharch kia.

Kabhi apni aik designer ki cheez khareednay kay bajaay us paisay ko kisi waqai haqdar aur ghareeb per apnay hathon say kharch kar kay daikhain aap ko kitni khushi milti hai. Itni khushi aap ko pooray maheenay mehngi cheez ko istamaal kar kay khushi naheen milay gi jitni aik lamhay main milay gi jitni kisi zaroorat mund ki madad kar kay milay gi.

And how can you be so sure that people who use designer stuff don’t care about gareeb people, are not down to earth, don’t value money, waste money, etc…

If you don’t use designer stuff, that doesn’t mean you can bash people who use designer stuff.

It is just that we (common people including myself) at times tend to become a bit negative in judging people's intentions who want to be acknowledged / admired for their achievements / possessions in life. It is always better to give a person benefit of doubt if their actions are not directly having a bad effect on someone else's life. If someone likes to talk like that and it is making him comfortable I usually don't feel bothered because may be it is his way of making himself happy, which is not hurting me or anyone else.

Having said that, I personally wouldn't like to encourage anyone (if someone seek my advice) to give sooo much importance to materialistic things in life, rather it would be better to give more value to the aspects of life which weigh a lot more in front of the ultimate Lord.

That's me :( not jealous exactly..but then i just want more..

but to my credit, when I do give a gift i try to give as nice as possible. I might not give someone a much more spensive but i wont give as cheap as possible either.
