It is just a matter of perception. Look at how your country is taking U turns. Initially your government claimed that the terrorist was not from your country since he was not present in the database. Then your former PM claims that the whole village has been cordoned off. Then your NSA is fired because he accepted some facts. Then the government decides to start an enquiry with a deadline of 10 days.
Dont you think it is good that atleast Indians have some faith in "Free and Fair Judiciary"..

My understanding is that they wanted to get an “approval” from the Americans before they took action … So i guess this has been “approved” by the “envoy” …

What does that prove?? Rehman Malik said that it was organised by some Individuals from Pakistan. They have their own agenda and we don't know what that is, 9/11 suspects hailed from many differrent countries but it doesn't mean that all those countries were responsible for those attacks.
If anything, India should help Pakistan in investigation instead of having cheap shots at government and people of Pakistan.
He has said more then that…

Well you don't seem to see the writing on the wall ........ India has been saying from the start that 1)these people came from Pakistan and 2) it is group like Lashkar who are behind this ......so on both counts Pakistan has agreed ... which i feel is ie very BIG step and takes a lot of courage to say it ....

Naming Zarrar Shah is a very BIG step ....... they could have just said "some" group or individual's were involved, as you yourself seem to indicate.... but naming him they have indicted the involvement of LeT ....
