Patel was very able administrator, that is how he organized the entire civil bureaucracy of India and structure of modern Indian Map, just like Jinnah he also believed in direct action even if he knew it would lead to mass killings, while gandhi called off civil disobedience on the slightest violence. Jinnah’s political equivalent will be his contemporary David Ben gurion of Israel, even better executive head of Direct action of Israel :). Gandhi is cut above, that is why Martin Luther King jr and Nelson Mandela adored him not Jinnah or Gurion
