^^ you people cant only "divert" the talks to other matters. Its about India spilling water in Pakistan. What Pakistan has problems to face is due to its government corruption and mismanagement. I can even start my talks from wheat and end up talking Kashmir issue.
Its just like yes we did it ab kar lo jo karna hai and on other hand talking about Pakistan India peace :D

^^ I opened a thread to show one of the fact from many others that india is doing to strengthen the PEACE process :D There are many to come because IF there is any honesty in peace process, it would have not been so.

^^ If there was any flood problem they could have communicated with Pakistani officials so that BOTH countries could have prepared a solution to the water drainage, but no.. Spill and spill more.
Pakistani living in India or Indians living in Pakistan its about betterment or each country.

aaho - don't take it so literally...what I mean is it is not exactly a state secret that there is very heavy rains and inflows - your ISI knows when Manmohan Singh so much as scratches his head but they don't know when there is a deluge of downpors and mountain flows?
It would be useful however to have joint river management systems though
