India has good relations with all its neighbors except Pakistan. Relations with China is on the right track. Srilanka has shown their gratitude to India for our effort against the LTTE. Bangladesh government also favors India. Nepal has always been on our side.

Well you are getting personal here. Building Dams or not building them thats "also" a problem that Pakistan has BUT it doesn't mean that you can say build dams on empty rivers and when Indians push water to Pakistan then Pakistan can only make use of those Dams to stop it.

According to some posters this action by India is a deliberate attempt to cause more suffering to its neighbour Pakistan. If that was the case I would have expected a massive outcry not only from international media groups like the BBC AL-Jazeera etc. but also the Pakistani authorities (ater all much airtime is made for the cricket scandal, surely this is more important). Not to mention the humanitarian groups who are working tirelessly in the stricken areas.
