In the driver's seat..

Re: In the driver's seat..

I don't see why you would say that?

I believe in equal rights and responsibilities.

I don't expect my future wife to cook, clean, do laundry, play nanny or do khidmat for my parents.

If she doesn't want to work, fine, but I will only do nikkah, not expose myself to the risk of a legally binding marriage.

If she wants a legally binding marriage, she will have to sign a prenup and contribute by working. Fair options I feel, she can have either option, I'm kool with either.

I expect regular sex. I don't want to have to deal with her self esteem, daddy issues or familial crap. The same should go for her not wanting to deal with my physiological crap - that's what counselling is for.

I don't see an issue - I think I'm offering her all her god given rights whilst trying to get as many of my god given rights as I can - living under the British legal system.

Re: In the driver's seat..

If you think return of the kings is good i cry for you. Spend you time reading something like to kill and mocking bird or the hobbit don't get hung up on women and obsess in trying to understand them.

Re: In the driver's seat..

You guys seem to know a lot about badabing. Why didn't I come across this gem of a person before? Must be those hard to pronounce nicks I tend to ignore.

Re: In the driver's seat..

Return of kings advocates men should be the best version of themselves and not to put women on a pedestal - especially within a western context where laws are weighted in women's favor. I think I have a very good understanding of woman - however that doesn't mean I will blindly trust or enter in to a relationship with a woman and put her on a pedestal. return of Kings is a men's rights website. Women have there own movement - great. Men start one - how dare they! Misogynists, chauvinists, patriarchy etc etc. I haven't read return of kings in months - I think it only releases a few articles a day, hardly obsessing. My behavior before I read rok was quite similar to what rok is advocating. Nothing new for me.

Re: In the driver's seat..

The truth is i stalk everyone here yes i mean EVERYONE lol;)

Re: In the driver's seat..

there you go. whole thing fell on itself

Re: In the driver's seat..

Is it possible for an object to call on itself? I am falling all over myself trying to understand this concept.

Re: In the driver's seat..

47 posts and only 5 of them related to actually driving :-/

I just learned how to drive and got my license, but yeah, I can't drive w my dad or husband, if i have to go anywehre w them, they can drive

Re: In the driver's seat..

When I go out with my sister, I let her drive. Because I like to fiddle with the radio and music. And traffic sucks. And I hate it when I miss an exit and it says recalculating. I would let me wife drive if she can w/o killing me

Re: In the driver's seat..

Please let your sister know optimum fuel efficiency obtained in the 45 to 55 mph range. And enlist her support in decreasing max speed limit to 55 mph everywhere.

Thank you for your support.

PS just noted we have a new driver in post 48. This applies to all drivers - old and new.

Go green.

Re: In the driver's seat..

I doubt she will listen. She drives faster than I do

Re: In the driver's seat..

That is why women should not be allowed to drive.

Re: In the driver’s seat..

^ don’t get me started on that. If women don’t drive then they are not smart enough for you guys.

Re: In the driver’s seat..

Congrats Sara! :flower1:

Re: In the driver's seat..

thats what they said in Saudia

Re: In the driver's seat..

When there's a car full of people, I would not want to have their lives in my hands. I'm not exactly a calm driver when I have no clue where i'm driving or it's the first time i'm driving in an unknown city area with loads of traffic and angry drivers all around.

Anybody else can drive or atleast help me with good driving directions if i'm driving. I think that's what a good partnership is about, opposites in that way and being able to sense when someone is stressed or needs help or assistance and can do it calmly without aggravating the situation even more. That kind of partnership I would totally go for and add in a bit of intense attraction and we're home :--)

If we drive every once in a while for someone else then there's no fear of losing touch of that skill.

I've learned stick shift or manual transmission driving now and i'm a bit more confident but not confident enough to have a whole bunch of other lives in the passenger seats. No way!

Re: In the driver's seat..

Man.. you have some issues.. do u never think about the girls you leave.. they end up being more damaged.. :Hairan:

Re: In the driver’s seat..
