on second thoughts if i had a time machine i would rather go into the future!! man has done some amazing things in the last 100 yrs.. would be great to see how we are in another 100-200.

nisha.. sure there could be a few good effects of any illegal criminal occupation.. but that doesnt make the occupation desirable.

Firstly,I would have stopped the 1962 border skirmishes between India and China.

Secondly one thing that happened in Seventies(Post 1975),and I would not disclose it here...

no doubt about it, but the train system and the fact that most everybody knows/understand/speaks english are two major biggies.

Again.. any occupation will have 1-2-3 good effects.. of course the british built trains to move their equipment people and army around..of course the local population picked up english... we see the same all around the world where there was colonialism.. but in no way does this warrant the occupation.. it's not like this was the intention of the occupiers.. it was just a by product.. and with these 2 came a LOT of other messed up things.. the list of which is prettttyyy long and should be obvious..

it would be absolutely nonsensical to want the british occuption of 200 odd yrs and want to lose all the money and riches we lost.. so that we could be introduced to the train system (like that wudnt have happened anyway a few decades later than it did) and english..

holocaust, if hitler hadn't gone ballistic and psychotic with his hate, then the jews from all over wouldn't have felt compelled to have their own jewish homeland, the palestinians would have still had their palestine, there wouldn't have been any muslim-jewish hate and everything in that region would've been hunky dory

Nisha, blame it all on his art teacher. If he had made it as an artist, then you wouldn't have had to travel back in time to stop him. Just for fun, if you do in fact go back then how are you planning on stopping him?
