^ The figures you state above are all really nice and dandy. Baluchistan has similar figures for producing natural gas.. but exactly how many baluchis benefit from this export? Iraq has the world's 4th largest oil reserve.. but how many iraqis benefit from the resource? Xinjiang is controlled by the powerful eastern block run by Han chinese who claim to be a more educated, superior race. How can you say for sure that all the money made in Xinjiang is actually being spent on the locals?
