I dont think its fair you are calling it a disease
These are some hadith:
The Prophet of Allah (SWT) said: Beware! Indeed a disease that afflicted past nations before you has reached you like an ant and that is envy because it doesn't eat hair but eats away (your) religion
Imam Ali (as) said: Envy is a disease without remedy
Imam Ali (as) said: Envy is worst of diseases
Imam Ali (as) said: The envious person is permanently sick
Imam Ali (as) said: The health of body is in absence of envy
"Beware of jealousy, for verily it destroys good deeds the way fire destroys wood."
At-Tirmidhee narrated from al-Zubayr Ibn al-Awam that the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wa-sallam) said: "There has come to you the disease of the nations before you, jealousy and hatred. This is the 'shaver' (destroyer); I do not say that it shaves hair, but that it shaves (destroys) faith…" (Hasan) Jamee at-Tirmidhee (2434)]
I was just quoting what has been said in the hadith....
There is also a mention in the Quran:
Hasad is such a dangerous characteristic that Allah revealed verses of the Qur'aan to be recited as a protection from the jealous, "Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of the dawn… from the evil of envious when he envies." [Soorah al-Falaq (113): 1]
so indeed there is no place for jealousy in Islam....its NOT natural....its an evil as mentioned in the Quran.
yeah i am definately not going to argue with these quotations.
But i just read like that section where it explains the meaning of hadith etc and it talks about envy being bad where you want bad things to happen to that other person...i dont want that at alll, i just look at her and kind of feel wow i imagined my life would be that way and it isnt yet.
And yes envy is bad as i have states so myself its bad feeling to feel, but its not to a point where i want bad things for her.

According to Islam, these sort of women are considered to be bad anyway.....In Islam a womans head should be covered and she shouldnt be wearing such clothes....I know shes Allah's creation and so are witches......so why are feeling bad about it? its just a comparison to a witch....not against Allah's creation.
you're talking about Islam, so let me clear one thing to you....no matter how beautiful you are but if youre doing something bad like she is, its a bad person.....so Allah says if someone is doing bad you should say that person is bad.

if someone is a good person and then you're saying this to that person....then its wrong.....
but if a person is bad and then of course you can say it. its just a small conclusion not hard to understand....just the difference between a good and bad person.
isn't it a really mean form of jealousy calling her a witch though? Allah made her too, she should be punished for being beautiful? she's called the persian goddess not the persian witch by many :P
i'm sure claudia is a nice person too, i don't feel right calling her a witch.
i don't feel a destructive type of envy for claudia lynx but i do know that all models have something in them that they wish they could change or they wish they had that another model or ordinary woman might possess.

why would my husband be jealous of her.....hes not a girl! i was just pointing out that him being a guy he doesnt find her to be good looking at all and im sure many other guys would agree too....so why are you girls getting jealous of her for no reason? this logic doesnt make sense!
