I think that you did not read 10 calls in 10 minutes part .. and I am witness to that - and it happens once or twice every week - and she does do that just with Niks but with 3 other people that Niks knows.
I am not sure if Niks was rude or that person is rude who does not respect people's family time and privacy.
and if you two dont think that she was rude, please send me your phone numbers and within 24 hours, you will learn how annoying it could get if person keeps calling you after every 5 mins.
I think Nik was handling herself pretty well there. You did not have to come to reuse as her Knight in shiny armour...
Besides she asked a question and I replied to what I think. She admit she was a little rude but she thought that the situation called for it and thats ok.
You however, are being personal here and as a director of a public opinion forum you should know better !!
