-HUMSAFAR-

re: -HUMSAFAR-

^^I usually do not behave this way but I was loving the drama and it was hard for me to wait an entire week for another episode. So I read the novel online. Now I am waiting that my lil one goes to bed tonight and I can watch the 4th episode...:)
Anyone knows how many episodes there are ..??..I hope they are not a lot...!

re: -HUMSAFAR-

Hey today episode was very Cool..

re: -HUMSAFAR-

Mahira is one of those tv celebs who would look absolutely stunning even without make-up, Beautiful MashAllah

Loved the scenes between Ashar and Khirad...nicely done episode again

re: -HUMSAFAR-

I am really scared that it has a sad ending

re: -HUMSAFAR-

if you are not one of those people who goes absolutely nuts that they have changed something in the novel to better suit the on-screen composition then go ahead and read the novel.
I read it after it was announced that Fawad and Mahira were being cast together and they were looking so adorable together lol that I was just curious to see what the story was about. The novel is a good and quick read - I won't call it great. That's why I am liking the writer's on-screen interpretation much much better!

I watched the scene where Khirad comes into Asher's room for the first time one more time, and man again kudos to Sarmad and the actors and the writing, it was SO WELL DONE :)

re: -HUMSAFAR-

^ I totally agree! Loved that scene, I had to watch it twice as well. It was portrayed so beautifully, didn't even feel as if I am watching a drama, it was just sooooo real.

re: -HUMSAFAR-

^ Best scene of the episode. You can sense the tension as soon as they walk into the room...and even though Khirad doesn't utter a word in the entire scene...you can sense so many emotions on her face...she's uncomfortable, tense, scared, confused, and sad. Amazingly well done.

re: -HUMSAFAR-

Another great episode. I just love how everyone plays off of each other, it feels so real.

I'm chiming in with everyone else- best scene was the first one between Khirad and Asher. You could read every expression from Mahira's face, it was so beautifully done.
Also, I'm pleasantly surprised that Asher's mom is being so kind to Khirad even though she opposed (es?) the marriage.

I'm just afraid Sarah's going to become a Plot Device and cause misunderstandings between Asher and Khirad. Her offer of friendship to Khirad seemed to clearly indicate that. But judging from the promo for ep 5, it seems like Asher knows what Sarah's motives are...or at least, I hope he does.

re: -HUMSAFAR-

Can any one post the link to novel?

re: -HUMSAFAR-

I saw the advertisement on Tv and since we all know Fawad from his childhood I was curious to watch the drama.

I saw all 4 episodes in one go on youtube. My O my! I loved every bit of it.

Khirad - You looks so pretty even with this less makeup & not having many dialogues so far. She is showing everything through her expressions. She looks beautiful in the title song as well. Overall, she is doing great

**Sara **- I am not that inclined towards negative characters but she is doing a great job in how she is acting.

**Fawad **- Oh God! He is a total surprise package for me. I never thought he could act this well. We always knew him as the English Debates team member or English Editor of school magazine & he had a little difficulty in speaking Urdu that well. Even after seeing him in other dramas & KKL, I didn’t feel he was at THAT level of acting. BUT, in this drama he is doing a great job. Convincing in every single scene. I loved the emotional scene between father & son and Fawad’s acting where he says I am not a disobedient son that you have to do all this. Overall, his acting has improved drastically. He looks super handsome as well!

I like the case of this drama & its getting difficult for me waiting for a week for an episode. Till then, I am constantly tuned on to the title track :biggthumb:

re: -HUMSAFAR-

yes the acting has been marvelous in this drama! esp through facial expressions they all are doing such a wonderful job. It looks as each of the scene is carefully planned out including the props and the music!

Oh god im so addicted to this drama! every time i finsh a section of my assignment i keep on watching the scenes over and over again! Another 6 days :(

re: -HUMSAFAR-

Daffyduck, so you went to school with him? Do you mind sharing with us where this was? Karachi or Lahore?

Loved the episode. I just cant get over how good looking naveen is, but she should vary her wardrobe, its always black or grey tops with jeans. I wonder if she is also a model?

re: -HUMSAFAR-

He was a class fellow of my brothers' in Lahore Grammar School and a senior at my university as well.

re: -HUMSAFAR-

^woow lucky you haha, was he always as handsome as he is now .. like every girls after him an all ??

@Mona_Nisa I dont know if she is a model, but she used to and still does work as RJ and also as a VJ on AAG tv

re: -HUMSAFAR-

Very good drama. Story is strong and gripping one. Pretty much everyone is acting good. Wonderful OST too.

@DaffyDuck if you didnt know Fawad can act, you gotta watch “Akbari Asghari”. His acting was even better in that.

re: -HUMSAFAR-

Decent - I haven't watched Akbari Asghari yet. I have heard praises of his acting in it. I've seen him act for English plays in which he showed great acting skills but it took him a long time to get used to speaking urdu fluently.
