their clothing - punjabi sikh women wear patiala shalwar with really tight short sleeves and fling their dupatta around their neck. Pakistan women wear normal, less pleated shalwar. Indian men wear fit pajama with their kameezes...Pakistani men wear shalwar.
their cars - sikh people like to spend money on their cars - they get the nice benz', bmw, cadillacs...even their wives drive nice cars. Pakistanis think they are taking their money into the grave and only buy Toyotas and Hondas.
their homes - indian people really need to hire interior designers...while they may have nice big homes, inside it's barely furnished and have really old furniture. Pakistani homes are nicely furnished.
looks - Indian's differ in terms of looks. Sikhs/Punjabis are usually fair skinned with amazing silky hair. Bengalis have big eyes with heavy eyelids. South Indians are darker in complexion. Except for pathans, most Pakistanis all over look pretty much the same - I personally can't tell if someone is from Lahore or Karachi.

Anyway back to the topic at hand. This is how I distinguish between Indians and Pakistanis. Stating the obvious and the less obvious later.
Indian females have that bindi on their foreheads. If they are married they will have maang sindoor and a manglesootar as well.
I believe Indians have a tendency to wear the payals/jhanjhar more.
Indians wear the sari more. If someone is wearing a sari, first thing that will come to my mind is that she is an Indian.
Indians have this sorry to say and no offence very strong stench of their pooja/temple. Also Indians love coconut oil so if you can smell that then he/she is an Indian.
You can smell fart smell from Indians more. Sorry again.
Indians are more oily. Their hair, their face etc. Indians LOVE OIL.
The kind of shalwar kameez they wear. Indians usually wear A line "SALWAR KAMEEJ" with a long kameej.
They have obvious facial features difference.
I don't agree with the Indians buying fancy cars and Pakistanis not.

as far as the car bit is concerned, then i say by percentage wise pakistanis have much more better cars than indians(in uk) and in east africa, it’s all the same…you can never tell the difference between the two
TLK, i think you missed my point. this was a lighthearted thread where no one was mocking or insulting anyone, a video was posted which some liked and some didn't with no exchanging of insults. you yourself started off with a joke putting down pakistanis, it was tasteless but hey thats my opinion...then someone comes along and posts a video which you think is tasteless, but again its just your opinion and their right to voice it. no need to call people 'shallow' and 'lacking character' because of it.
I dont understand why people are putting the comments/commenters down as ‘disgusting’ ‘biased’, 'lacking character ’ etc…
If this is disgusting and low, then please visit any random Indian forum and see how they talk about Pakistanis. There you will find the real definition of shallowness.
Oh and the people on those forums dont even get banned or dont get a warning when they call Pakistan ‘a disgrace on humanity’ and such stuff.

Wich reminds me, one difference between Indians and Pakistanis is,
in general Pakistanis have more respect for Indians than vice versa. And that is :k:
when it comes to respect than i guess none is better than the other…even muslims from pakistan and india have nothing like ‘unity’ between themselves(which is quite sad:hinna:) and start insulting eachother…
or maybe as is the case here in GS, pakistanis are better when it comes to respect because they dont allow their members to look down on others(indians), give them a warning…and dont tolerate abuse against any other community/race/ethnicity…for this i’ll credit TLK and others who realise tht everyone should be respected…

Somebody here said about Indian women sporting Bindis.I do not think anyone can distinguish Indians and Pakistanis,that way. I have seen Bindi sporting Pakistani ladies in Singapore.They are simply Pakistani Hindu ladies.Also I have seen Bangladeshi Hindu ladies,sporting Bindis,in Singapore.(I won't omit the fact that some Muslim ladies in Bangladesh too wear Bindis).
If somebody spots a Bindi sporting lady in Karachi,does it mean that she is from India?
