Am I going to be the only one who says this but from MY experience I have alays thougth that Gujurati Muslims are fairer than Pakistani Muslims in the UK excluding Pathans/Pashtuns.

I would also go onto say that your average Sikh appears to be fairer than his Pakistani Punjabi Muslim.

One cant just say that Pakistani's are fairer than Indians because in some areas they are racially the same people. Although Pashtuns, Chitralis, Gilgitis, Hunza's, Kohistais, Kashmiris from Bagh and north, Hindko speakers from Hazara, Balochi people are fairer skinned in Pakistan.

Don't you think you contradicted yourself?

There are many obvious differences between two. Overlap does exist from distance but even then the person can tell the difference.

If the person is familiar of both people, one can be almost all the time correct in identifying who is Pakistani and who is not.

Let’s not get carried away my friend. Even your earlier post said nothing like you could tell who is Pakistani or Indian by looking at pictures and yet you wanted to post the pictures to test others. :slight_smile:

Dude, seriously?! That video is biased obviously. India is racially more diverse than Pakistan. Most Indians are indeed South Indians hence they ARE shades darker than Pakistanis, we all know that. However, this video seems a bit untrue. You are really just cherrypicking people in favor of pakistan. Why don’t you compare Hrithik Roshan, Salman Khan, Amir Khan to Shaan, Saood, Maumar Rana, and other supposedly famour actors? Why not compare Pervez Musharraf to Manmohan Sing? Benazir Bhutto is of Iranian descent (Kurdish to be exact). Yusuf Gilani’s ancestors came from Iraq.

Btw, Sharukh was born in Peshawar, so racially and ethnically he IS Pakistani.

P.S. I am Pakistani but I hate this biased $h!t people post.

Actually Punditjee is right. You can’t tell a North Indian appart from a Pakistani. South Indians and Bengalis are different, but they are also different from North Indians.

I did a back packing tour of India with a couple of gora friends, a few centuries ago. No one ever picked me out as a Pakistani. We are exactly the same as North Indians. Actually paid Indian rates when visiting sites in Delhi, Jaipur and Agra. All this talk of Paks being lighter is Model Town bs. You can get many darked skinned Pashtuns, and the bulk of the Punjabis are dark. I have Lahori Kasjmiri relatives who live under the delusion that they are lighter. Its just that, a delusion.

Although there are no physical differences, culturally the two are very different. And the UK, there are economic differences as well.
