Whats wrong with it … its the DIL’s house who would be the eventual head of the household where as the SIL is going to get married and leave and do the bulk of the work there.
Even at work the guy who is going to be the manager after gets bulk of the responsibilities because hes going to eventually take over the bigger job where as someones who is going to leave soon is just phased out of the system.
