Home Workout

Re: Home Workout

Home workout? any weights or light exercise?

Re: Home Workout

No gym for 30-60 minutes, I do abs and some core or running inaddition to gym, which I plan to continue.

Re: Home Workout

I won’t be working out regularly. I don’t have a workout schedule right now either. I just do stuff when I’m bored. All that said, I won’t be fasting either. I could probably do without food but can’t do without water since I’m outdoors a lot and Houston is hot as hell.

How are you people finding working out at the gym while fasting?

Re: Home Workout

Yep, had a good back day today.

Re: Home Workout

First time I worked out whilst fasting,it wasn't bad at all. First 15minutes were hard, i felt thirsty a bit as it was a hot day today. Later on, i didn't even feel it much, felt better actually.

Re: Home Workout

I have not done much workout lately , visited gym once in last 10 days. :bummer:

How’s your workout and healthy eating going guys? Iconoclast** , **queserasera , Enchanting Rose , MustafaQuraishi

Re: Home Workout

Ive been trying Yoga at home these days. Following https://www.youtube.com/user/yogawithadriene

Re: Home Workout

@Lilly I have started doing pushups, they're quite hard, apparently my upper body strength is zero. Today onwards i'm also gonna start using the treadmill, regularly hopefully. Started jump rope as well. I'm basically trying to get to a point where i'd be able to do the Insanity Workout program and not give up the next day. Heard it's an insane cardio workout program, but it tones you and gives some muscle definition....oh yeah and you shed lots of weight ++ So i'm building stamina...and will power:D

On the diet front, it seems like i'm fighting a losing battle. Can't commit myself to leave junk food. I know my breakfast is healthy (posted in another thread) but i need to eat sensibly at lunch and dinner times, and stop gorging down sweet snacks in between. Your posts have inspired me too eat healthy.....so lets see.

Re: Home Workout

My friend has this bipasha basu... Workout video...she was 71 or 75...now she is 62...
I don't think yoga helps. Much......lily...

Re: Home Workout

You should post which one your friend uses for her workout. I just googled bipasha basu + workout and i clicked the first YT link that came up, without reading the video title. Big Mistake. I watched first few minutes… warmup made from bollywood dance moves entirely…still didn’t see the video title…saying to myself, it doesn’t look like exercise, what the hey…maybe i’l learn some dance moves…fast forwarded it a little…more dance moves but fast…ok not bad… and then…she starts shimmying…wth…still haven’t read the video title…ok fast forward it a bit more…and shes now doing pelvic thrusts… im like wth did i just click…it was 30 mins aerobic dances moves…damn…no wonder it had the shimmying and the thrusts :smack:

P.S. she is so beautiful…yes yes she has a kick ass body too

Bridges Bridges: The Best Back Exercise You're Not Currently Doing

There you go. Learning this should keep you busy for a while.

Can’t walk up the wall :frowning:

Re: Home Workout

Just walked up the wall also :D

Gave me a 30 second headache.

Re: Home Workout

Break free is the one she does… I don’t do her exercises…and I find her body very scary in some inexplicable way… Like she eats kids for breakfast or something…:frowning:

Re: Home Workout

Yes, climbing the wall of worry is a necessary condition for continued rise in this bull market that is long in its tooth.

Problem is compacency has replaced this wall.

Re: Home Workout

Your post didn't help the headache.

Re: Home Workout

Awesome queserasera , I still don’t know how to do pushups :bummer: , I do a lot of planks, need to learn pushups. Can you teach me? :stuck_out_tongue: Treadmill and cross trainers, cardio workout is the best, if you do three times a week even , would be enough. I have heard about that workout but I don’t do much workout at home so i don’t follow. You heard about jillian michaels? follow her , she is known the best, her 30 day shred. There must be a thread about her.

What you eat as a snack? May be you should go for healthy snacks such as almonds, cucumber, carrots, celery sticks with humus or fruits.

Re: Home Workout

I don't do any Yoga, it is good for keeping weight maintained than losing weight.
