I do planks but found it hard to do push ups, planks are one of the best, tones up your whole body. Guess I need to start doing them more often. And pull ups ? No way , don't think I can ever do that, i have seen guys do pull ups a lot at gym, that's their favorite workout i think. I wonder how they even hold the balance.
I used to think I can't do pull ups, but after losing weight I now can. Used to do a lot of planks but not anymore. Planks worsened my rotator cuff injury.
I would never do such risky exercises on my own either ask trainer for help or ask gym friends. Knee push ups seems easy , I am going to them everyday. :k:
I haven't been to a gym in over an year now. Actually I haven't done a proper workout in a long time. Sure I'll do a little something here and there after every two or three weeks. Make sure I can still do it. But work is just too physically demanding right now. Keeping weight is more of a concern than losing it.

True, I believe managing weight is more harder than losing it.
Yes, I am planning to visit gym 3 times a week and it would happen 2-3 hours before Iftar. I would do some kettle bell workout after Iftar at home daily. Let’s see how it goes but i would be concentrating on eating healthier than working out.
3 times are the best for working out during Ramadan

I will continue my 5 days routine. But as i mentioned earlier, out of those 5 days, 3 days are weights + cardio and 2 days are HITT/Circuit trainnig + cardio
