Re: Home Workout
I used to think I can’t do pull ups, but after losing weight I now can. Used to do a lot of planks but not anymore. Planks worsened my rotator cuff injury.

Re: Home Workout
I would never do such risky exercises on my own either ask trainer for help or ask gym friends. Knee push ups seems easy , I am going to them everyday. :k:
Re: Home Workout
They got some metal one.
Re: Home Workout
How many of you planning to go to the gym or do any home workout during Ramadan?
I am thinking to freeze my membership.
Re: Home Workout
I will go twice a week or try to.
Re: Home Workout
I haven’t been to a gym in over an year now. Actually I haven’t done a proper workout in a long time. Sure I’ll do a little something here and there after every two or three weeks. Make sure I can still do it. But work is just too physically demanding right now. Keeping weight is more of a concern than losing it.
Re: Home Workout
Consider yourself among the fortunate - that you have a working freezer/refrigerator at your place.
Re: Home Workout
I am thinking to go 3 times a week, twice on weekend and once during week days. Let’s see how it goes.
Re: Home Workout
True, I believe managing weight is more harder than losing it.

Re: Home Workout
How do you feel after a good workout ?
I feel tired and energized at the same time.
Re: Home Workout
@Lilly @SaeedinPakistan @Iconoclast Will you guys be working out during Ramadan or not. If yes then whats the best time to work out and for how long
Re: Home Workout
I will be working out. I normally work out after Isha Traveeh … so from 1230 - 230, I will be most probably in gym (except for last days of ramdan)
Re: Home Workout
Like a million bucks!!
Re: Home Workout
Yes, I am planning to visit gym 3 times a week and it would happen 2-3 hours before Iftar. I would do some kettle bell workout after Iftar at home daily. Let’s see how it goes but i would be concentrating on eating healthier than working out.
3 times are the best for working out during Ramadan
1-After Iftar
2-After Tarahvi Prayer
3-Before Sahoor
How many days are you planning to visit gym?
Re: Home Workout
I will continue my 5 days routine. But as i mentioned earlier, out of those 5 days, 3 days are weights + cardio and 2 days are HITT/Circuit trainnig + cardio
Re: Home Workout
I plan to workout 11pm for 30-60 minutes.
Re: Home Workout
I am getting inspired , would like to visit gym more days like i usually do,at the moment I am planning for three days , let’s see how it goes. Also, it depends how much you eat ![]()
