I think Al-Qaida and Taliban's sites are openly accessible and their content is publicized in electronic and social media.. but Balochs are denied this right. There is something fishy with the karta dhartas and censor authorities. If there are some concerns of Balochs, that should be allowed to reach other communities of Pakistan and let them decide, who is at fault.

Re: History of Baloch and Balochistan
Baloch Origin
L. M. Dames says that Balochs are ancestral Iranian, who migrated from the southern coastline of the Caspian Sea. L. W. Oshanen, a well-known anthropologist of the Soviet Union, has supported Dames’ theory. The northern and southern Balochs, however, consider themselves of Arab descent, and Aleppo their first homeland. There is no doubt that Baloch tribes, particularly Bugti, and Rind, joined the Balochs during wars in Baloch regions, so there were many Arabs in that area at the time. To this viewpoint that Balochs are Arabs, Rai Bahadur Hetoraam also agrees and identifies them as descendants of Hazrat Ameer Hamza, uncle of prophet of Islam, Muhammad.
old Balochi Epic
Now have an overview on those anecdote that are based upon Balochi Ancient poetry, reasoning that the Baloch are Qureshi Arabs ( Generation of Hazrat Ibrahim). All Baloch are well-renowned due to hospitality like Arabs, no doubt whom ancestor is Hazrat Ibrahim. On the other hand Balochs curls are Imitation of Spiritual Hierarchical . Prayers of al-Aqsa Mosque never shaved there poll hair. some Baloch tribes also follow the Practice of Hazrat Abraham to judge the Truth and Falsehood by moving the suspicious person on the live coal (Baloch use Specially wood of “Kaheer” (because its coal does not turns into ash within about 24 hours) .
Briefly describing, first of all a channel (about 10 ft (3.0 m) in length, 4 ft (1.2 m) in width and 3 ft (0.91 m) depth) is dug and wood of Kaheer (commonly) is burnt to prepare coal during this time a reciter recites some verses of the Qur’an, after that the suspicious person is asked to walk on the blazing coal in the presence of Above All (Muqadams, white beard men). If he is true then coal never burns his feet, a blameless Baloch has faith in this fact to that day. It is known by “Patt” in Balochi .
according to Syed Ilm Ali Shah jilani who was a Saint whose wife was a baloch and whose shrine is in Karachi when he was asked if baloch are qureshi he became angry and said baloch are hashmi not qureshi he said the syed started from bibi fatima
there is a another old balochi epic which goes like
we are son of hamza
we are followers of Ali
we are in war with yazid
we migrated from Halab
when I myself asked of of the relatives of khan of kalat on Facebook he said we are descendants of hazrat noah and we also have shujra of that
Hazrat Ibram’s origins and calling
Terah, the tenth in descent from Noah, begat three sons, Abram (later called Abraham), Nahor, and Haran. Haran begat Lot (who was thus Abram’s nephew), and died in his native city, Ur of the Chaldees. Abram married Sarai, who was barren
Hazrat Ibrahim
and some people told me that molana rumi shows habib ibne mazahir as baloch in his book and he writes that when habib bin mazahir was martyred yazeed oppressed the baloch and force them to leave the area
@muqawwee123 need ur thoughts and help
Re: History of Baloch and Balochistan
@Mir_Baloch I’ve always heard that the Baloch descend from Kurds and their language is apparently closest to Kurdish; Aleppo is actually a Kurdish city in Syria, so their ancestors may not have been Arabs but actually kurds -though most Baloch are mixed with locals and many natives of South Asia and Pashtuns were Balochized and joined tribal confederacies and that’s why Baloch are so diverse in their looks.
Some look Arab, some look Sindh/Punjabi, others look Pashtun or Kurd and then there’s some that look African as well as some that look South Indian..

If Balochs were in the army of Nowsherwan/khusrao I then i doubt that they are descendents of hazrat Amir hamza R.A

Re: History of Baloch and Balochistan
that’s where the confusing part is that balochi poetry is very old which says we are son of hamza and followers of Ali and then there was this saint in karachi he said baloch are hashmi not qureshi and syed system started from bibi fatima then we follow that buring coal thing of hazrat Ibrahim and when u asked the relatives of khan of kalat they say we are decendants of hazrat noah AS and we also have shujra of that @marwati what do u think can be the true theory

Re: History of Baloch and Balochistan
Khushks are Baloch by origins and now are as Sindhi as other Sindhi castes.
It seems every notable, familiar and important personality from sindh is of Baloch origin. If 40% of Sindhis are baloch, then i am curious about original and ancient sindhis like you. Any important sindhi of non-baloch origin in showbiz, politics etc?.
With such presence and influence of balochs in sindh, it must be the case that big portion of sindhi culture and traditions, customs would be derived from balochs.?
Judging from the looks of sindhi-balochs, it doesnt seem they have much intermarried with indegenous population. What is the social status of a baloch in the sindhi society?
Re: History of Baloch and Balochistan
@Mir_Baloch Pashtuns also claim to be descendents of hazrat khalid bin waleed or prophet hazrat sulieman, which are not true. I think Pashtuns and balochs have made such claims out of reverence for islam. If Balochs have migrated from allepo, then the confusion about their arab origin is understandable as syria got arabized after islamic conquest. I believe that Balochs are a thousands of years old nation of persia, even genetic tests confirm that they are iranic rather than semetic , moreover their langauge is also indo-iranian. At one point they must have become distinct from other persians.
