**Baloch Sufi Saint Pir Balanosh of Chagai Balochistan 13th Century
Story of Baloch Sufi Saint Pir Balanosh around 13th century Balanosh Means Demon Eater or Dragon Eater in Balochi . As recorded by G P Tate in The Frontiers of Baluchistan (1909), there lived in the hills north of Dalbandin Chagai Balochistan town a green dragon that ate a human every day. Wearying of this terrible toll, the Baloch people petitioned a man of God to deliver them of their bane. A great struggle ensued; the Baloch Sufi Saint Balanosh Killed the dragon destroyed it and won the respect of the local Baloch. After he passed away, his tomb became a much visited shrine. And so it remains to this day.

Turanic empire comprised of the regiones including Sughudistan ( Centeral Asian Regions ), Kabulistan,Zabulistan (Present Afghanistan) Turan and Makran (Present Balochistan).when Kaikobad invaded Balk,the Turanistan Capital in the north,his Brakoi Kurds and Adargani Kurds divisions captured regions of Turan (present Kalat ) and (Makran) respectively. after the disintegration of Turanic empire Kiakobad Maad Kurd divided various regions of the vanquised empire among his Kurdish tribes,Brakhoi Kurd got Turan (Kalat plateau) and Adargani Kurds got Makran.thus every tribe settled permanently in that alotted region.Similarly during this period, the Zangana Kurds Captured Zabulistan (present day chagai,Sistan,Helmand) and made it their permanet abode.by then the Mirwani Baloch clan had established the fourth Baloch rule in the Turanic region (kalat Plateau) of ancient Balochistan in 1410 Ad under the leadership of Ameer Miro Mirwani Baloch the grand cheif of the Brakhoi Kurd Balochs. The Baloch princedom had reached its zenith under the guidance of Mir Ahmad Baloch the Great ( 1666 AD to 1696 ) the fifteenth Successor of Ameer Miro Mirwani Baloch.

After the Death of Alexander in 323 BC .

Seleucus began a campaign against Chandragupta (Mauryan Empire) King of India , Seleusus lost the war and surrendered Arachosia (modern Kandahar), Gedrosia (modern Balochistan), Paropamisadae (or Gandhara) in 305 BC .Chandragupta Murya rule Greater India from 305BC To 298BC and the his Son Bindusara 298BC To 283BC .After the Death of Ashoka Maurya 232BC Son of Bindusara , last Emperor of Maurya Dynast Brihadratha was assassinated by the commander-in-chief of the Mauryan armed forces Pushyamitra Shunga and raised his own empire.In 247 BC he Parni tribe, founded it in the mid-3rd century BC when he conquered the region of Parthian in Iran’s northeast, then a satrapy (province) in rebellion against the Seleucid Empire. (171–138 BC) greatly expanded the empire by seizing Media and Mesopotamia from the Seleucus. At its height, the Parthian Empire stretched from the northern reaches of the Euphrates, in what is now central-eastern Turkey, to eastern Iran. The empire, located on the Silk Road trade route between the Roman Empire in the Mediterranean Basin and the Han Empire of China, became a center of trade and commerce and made there Parthian Empire.The Kurds(Baloch) of Balochistan came under the Parthian Empire. Conflicting accounts shroud the details of the fall of the Parthian Empire and subsequent rise of the Sassanian Empire in mystery. The Sassanid Empire was established in Estakhr by Ardashir I.and Parthian Empire was finished in 227AD . Next few years, local rebellions would form around the empire. Nonetheless, Ardashir I further expanded his new empire to the east and northwest, conquering the provinces of Sistan, Gorgan, Khorasan, Margiana (in modern Turkmenistan), Balkh and Chorasmia. He also added Bahrain and Mosul to Sassanid’s possessions. Later Sassanid inscriptions also claim the submission of the Kings of Kushan, Turan and Makran (Balochistan) to Ardashir, although based on numismatic evidence, it is more likely that these actually submitted to Ardashir’s son, the future Shapur I. Yazdgerd III was the thirty-eighth and last king of the Sassanian Empire . Yazdegerd III was almost the last living member of the House of Sasan. One year later after his ascension, the Muslim Arabs invaded Iran. Yazdegerd later negotiated with fourteen Arab negotiators, and asked them about the reasons for their aggressive behavior towards his Empire. One of the fourteen Arabs shortly replied, "Allah commanded us, by the saying of His Prophet Mohammad (P.B.U.H) , to extend the dominion of Islam over all nations. Rai Sahiras and his son Rai Sahasi ruled Sindh and formed Rai Dynasty. In this Period Turan (Kalat) , Makran, was Captured By Rai Sahiras (Rai Empire ) 585 AD To 680 AD .
The first Islamic conquest of Makran took place during the Rashidun Caliphate in the year 643 A.D. Caliph Hazrat Umar bin Al-Khattab Amir Al-Mu’minin governor of Bahrain Hazrat Usman ibn Abu-Aas, who was on his campaign to conquer the southern coastal areas of Iran sent his brother Hazrat Hakam ibn Abu al-Aas to raid the Makran region, the campaign was not meant for whole scale invasion but merely was a raid to check the potential of the local inhabitants. The raid was successful In late 644 A.D Caliph Hazrat Umar bin Al-Khattab Amir Al-Mu’minin sent an army for whole scale invasion of Makran under the command of Hazrat Hakam ibn Amr. Reinforcement from Kufa joined him under the command of Hazrat Shahab ibn Makharaq and Hazrat Abdullah ibn Utban, the commander of campaign in Kerman, also joined them, no strong resistance was faced by them in Makran until the Hindu King of Rai Kingdom in Sind, along with his army having contingents from Makran and Sind stopped them near River Indus. In mid 644, Battle of Rasil was fought between Radhisun Caliphate and Rai Kingdom where Raja’s forces were defeated and retreated to eastern bank of river Indus. Raja’s army included War elephants, and they didn’t make any trouble for the Muslims veterans who handled War elephants during the conquest of Persia. According to the orders of Caliph Hazrat Umar bin al-Khattab Amir Al-Mu’minin the war elephants were sold in Islamic Persia and the cash was distributed among the soldiers as a share in booty. In response of Caliph Umar’s question about the Makran region, the Messenger from Makran who bring the news of the victory told Him.Baloch converted to Islam in the time of Hazrat Umar bin Al-Khattab Amir al-Mu’minin . In the time of Caliph Umar bin al-Khattab Amir Al-Mu’minin King of Baloch were Ameer Mardadad Brakhoi Baloch King of Turan (Kalat),King of Pathak Organi Baloch King of Makran and King Sueyad Zagani Baloch King of Zabulistan ( Sistan,Chagai And Helmand).**
