these british people always have double standards in justice affairs also...they call thier courts the mothers of all courts of the world...and nobody listen to the Guantanamo Bay prisoners without judicial inquiry..basic human rights and lawyer...nothing is available to them..and they live in cages like animals...bah on this british judicial system.....

BTW, no one is saying this little kid should get mistreated at school. Its unfortunate, and yet there is a dignified way to deal with it, as a muslim. We should know that, and especially those of you who are gung ho about Sunnah and Hadith should know it too.
But sobbing with every such story is not going to help you. This is your (the conservative mindset muslim)'s problem. You get too emotional. You can end these problems if you just thought with a level head.
Do you know the other day, my little cousin was telling me how the Chinese girl in her class is getting harassed by other students? They tell her to go back to China. In retaliation, she’s been misbehaving - that’s landed her in suspension twice. Behind her frustration is her mother’s early death from cancer. The child is in 6th grade.
Do you think Chinese people sit around and sob over stuff like this? No, they just work harder to prove themselves to the world. Yesterday’s background poop China is one of today’s biggest fears and is leaving Capitol Hill wondering what will happen next.

ok this thread is about CHILDREN. and what I see are actually children answering the thread waving around pakistans nuclear capabilities like a phallic symbol while every american cowers in fear. Lets get real here people. Pakistan is a third world country and it is NOT the fault of every law abiding citizen of the US of A or Britain. But all that is COMPLETELY beside the point.
If a child is in ANY way taunted, teased, bullied or made to feel bad about their religion, cultural beleifs, color, creed, nationality or ANYTHING else, parents in the WEST have many avenues of recourse to follow. If the school does not correct the situation IMMEDIATELY and to YOUR satisfaction, there are religious and human rights organizations who will gladly step in. Any yellow-pages phone book lists pages of attorneys hungry for just this type of case. NEVER let something of this nature go unpunished.
That said, I have to ask whether this type of recourse would be available in Pakistan to blue-eyed christians? I tend to doubt it.
Stop yer defensive bashing by calling up world history when it has no bearing on the topic at hand. Nukes, while an important topic, has NOTHING to do with children being bullied at school.

Yes there are. If you go to relatively more developed parts in pakistan, there is recourse available for religiuous intimidation in schools.

Thats not good enough , ali. I have 3 littles to protect. The fragile "protection" they'd receive over there if we moved over would do more harm than good by calling even more attention to the fact that they're blue-eyed. But here, their little pre-k and kindergarten classes learn all about Eid, the foods of pakistan, the culture and clothing of pakistan. They even sang an Eid song at the HOLIDAY concert (note, NOT "christmas" concert). This type of thing just doesnt happen over there. Can you envision a pakistani school teaching about christmas or teaching christmas songs to the students to sing - even if theres only ONE christian student in the school? I dont see it...sorry. Pakistanis are so much more racist than americans, even after 9-11. I'd love nothing better than to move over there and indulge my boyz in an extended family setting....but they'd get SO much more hassle over there than they would here being Muslim boys in a Christian community. That should hopefully raise your eyebrows just a bit.

have you seeen the police in pakistan? do they not drop all charges to some people JUST for money!? Do the teachers not give pupils the answers to the exams just for money?! Are poeple not burgled and the case of that burglary is viewed like 2-3 years later?!
the police and the teachers are the greedy ones in pakistan, just for money…they’ll let a criminal walk away, they’ll let their students cheat but atleast get better results…at the edn of the day what are the pupils learning?? how to bribe?
