Maybe the ISI isn't so bad after all. They were just looking to teach him a lesson, not to have him leave this world.
Do they have right to do so
They are employed to protect the citizens of Pakistan .
It is criminal breach of trust according to law and attempt to murder , By the way , firing on the car is a different thing . If the target is little wise , he should lye on the seat and in that case , he can save his head .

Btw, not that I like the crass character of khwaja asif, but he was absolutely right that army is acting like a leech on pakistani resources. yes ISI is a part of the army, in Pakistan they are allowed to run the state where as in other countries they are under scrutiny. Kashmir and Afghan policy has destroyed Pakistan, and now the way they are dealing with Baloch and Sindhi separatists is also fuelling the fire. Where can one go for recourse?
