Who could have attacked him? Intelligence agencies or Taliban? He is thought to have soft corner for Taliban and has repeatedly spoken against intelligence agencies role in abducting Baloch.

He was a target since long , A bomb was found in his car , perhaps installed as warning
Now you can know , why they theft the PTI mandate in Karachi
They need puppets .

According to some journalists he has nominated ISI chief as the suspect if something happens to him.

i heard on Dunya News that Hamid Mir indicated that it's ISI who shot him just in case if something happens to him.

Hamid Mir has Talibanic extremist leaning. So I think it is unlikely that Taliban or their affiliates would attack him.
But the modus-ope***** is very much theirs.

Oh, so you mean MQM? Bhai itni paheliyan kyoon buejhwatay ho? Keh dein k sawtan ne kiya he. :)

BTW, not even Hamid Mir's brother Amir blamed MQM. Hamid Mir had told him a few days ago that if he gets attacked then the blame should lie on ISI and its chief.
