Alhamdullilah, I’m finally getting to where I want to be. I’ve been doing concentrated weight training for one hour a week - it’s not a lot, but its something since I hate weights. I’m finally getting definition in my upper arms and shoulders. My dad saw me after months and being a bit of a pehlwan himself, he agreed that my biceps are rather taut. :smooth:

Other than that, yesterday 2 hours in the gym - that skiing machine which killed my butt, and then treadmill, abs and the rest of it was spent in the sauna and steam room. :blush:

The scales arent going anywhere, but I think its due to muscle gain.

I am so mad - got motivated, went to gym, workout, swam and driving back got a ticket! I HATE COPS - stupid $180.00 ticket!!!!

That's what I get for beng motivated. I was so mad - ate a twix bar :)

^^next time if its the lady cop..take advantage of ur muscles.. show it to her, and i hope she'll be kind to you...

im not getting time to go to gym these days as its the final week of the semester.. will start hitting the gym starting Wednesday..

yesterday my neck got badly stiff and i decided not to do any workout but then i thought its not good to skip:D so i did my treadmill for like 66 mins and was good laterz...

today the neck is still the same but i do plan to do it and IA i wud for today too..
as i am really happy with the scales..they doing favour to me...

i am going good with my treadmill..how about others? where r u maham?

kickboxing…kicked butt :bummer:
it really is the best cardio workout. 1 hr goes by fast!
did some new routines/combos…feeling sore.

25 minutes elliptical - 25 minutes swimming. felt good.

angel eyes do you do a video or do u kickbox at the gym?

UFF i missed writting my log for like 2-3 days, n?!?....khair...good that i did go to the gym atleast hehehe....it has been goin ok...started strength training since 2-3 days and now workin on a proper plan like 1 day for upper body, than 2nd for lower, cardio, etc etc.....and they just started havin us do the warm up with aerobic like moves...hmmm works well kinda heats up the system fast :D hehe but ya its harder also so wateva....

khair hope everyone else is at it too....good luk everyone.

i really want to start but been working crazy hours at work (10-13 hrs shifts )...before i use to run 4 miles everyday...i miss running n being fit.

Aarrgghhh... i would love to stay on the treadmill for more than 5mins or go running for more than 5-10mins...but i get so out of breath...my throat just starts stinging...

Can someone advise me what to do or does this happen to everyone?
