for this i'm not doing cardio exercises much and concentrating mainly on diet and lifting heavy.

15 mins on treadmill

Tastes great! cookie creams the best imo, but theres other flavors. Personally I dont take it but some buds at the gym would often offer it to me during convos.. muscle milk is also pretty good, and you can just feel the protien synthesis during the workout... Since its amplified, two scoops should do. I saw this one guy who was skinny as hell and boy did he bulk up in 2 months using this!!

some of this protein stuff that guys use may lead to infertility in the long run...so be careful guys.

I dont take protein products anyways... if you dotn want to bulk up, theres no need for supplemental proteins. You can get plenty of natural protein (the reqd amount) using all the wonderful nematain provided to us naturally even if its just for muscle/tissue repair. Excess of everything is bad...

do you have something to back up your statement? perhaps any scientific research or anything?.. because as far as i know.. protein shakes are nothing but protein. Protein in access gets outta our system through urine.

OKI DOKIII i was excited when u opned up this thread thinking yay finally i can be proud of my exercising untill i read u guys are doin an hour each time =O
Ive started about 4 days ago, and been tryna build up... since 4 days have started ive been workin out half an hour a day.. Hoping to keep it up
yday i did 15 mins on the x-trainer and 15 mins punching bag... the workout is exluding time spent on weights, crunches and skipping.
I started with 10 minutes on each but worked my way up now =)
Hopefully i shud be keeping it up =D

and some hellish grocery shopping which was a workout on its own

Ok help me someone..............argh!i m really confused abt where to add gymming in ramadan schedule?!.....i know it wl be killer to do it while fasting but then when else can i get to do that? so confusing. i have issue with not being able 2 drink water....and its major.
