when searching for a long term life partner, either permanent gf (common law wife) or wife in the legal sense, is religion the most important thing for you, or is it culture?
I hope to get married in a few years, but this thread is born from a question I was asked by one of my very best friends, a brother who is quite pious.
Would you rather marry a Hindu/Sikh girl or a Muslim girl of standard African stock?
Now this guy knows me too well, so my “correct” answer was laughed off. shrugs
it depends on how religious you are - do you pray? im sure a pakistani/african relationship could work out, very well. as long as your islam driven.
hindus and sikhs have very similar culture to us so understanding is already there. this options for those willing for some turbulence later, when the novelty wears off and minor directional changes are needed (such as for the wife to stay away from muslim hating cuzzers)
but as pakistani muslims are plentiful everywhere in all walks of life just makes more sense to get married to a pakistani.
