Thanks TKL for the link. But unless I missed it, I did not see any difference in gunnah level of exposing more than what is premissibel. Yeah article says Awra limitations are different in front of different people but it does not say you are more guilty if you show your boobs to namahram or your belly or your arms. By the way I am little confused about the Awra of woman in front of mahram… It say you from navel down to knees and you back and stomach only…( confused waala sign)

This is when the concept of modesty comes in…

Obviously you’re not going to find any verse or hadith that says showing arms is worse than showing breasts because the basic idea of modesty exists in every society that’s why even in secular countries we have laws against nudity in public.
