^yeh sure it is i think most ppl build it up gradually like they will do 100 ,then 150 then 200 so.. it is possible

I used to do 500 a day...those were the days...lol
I did 200 yesterday. But I ran 0 miles :(. I ran out of time cuz i had to study!!!! I HATE SCHOOL!!! (I had to study the stupid adrenal glands, and pituarly glands --which why I know my andorgens)
today to make up for it will be eight miles!! Man I can't believe i did 0 miles last night!!! UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
oh and did i mention, i ate like two bowls of pasta at nighT:smack:

Yeah it was a 1000- the reason i did a thousadn was because i read somewher that britney spears did a thousand (when she was not crazy). And everyone wanted to be britney spears back then, and I’m not exacly exceptional in that regard, so i used to a 1000 too…it’s really not that hard once you’ve built yoourself to it.
I too dont like doing a lot of strength training...it adds definition and tones but if I keep increasing my weights...I start to get too defined...I dont like that!

i think chicas should do weights in addition to aerobics, it does not mean to bulk up a la hulk hogan. but to have some definition and tone
The first three miles i did at 5.1 the rest i half walked (3.7-4.5) and half ran (>5.0) depending on the music.

Yes PM I run on a treadmill - but I used to do ground running!!! lol. you make it sound like i should be ashamed of it. actually i sort of am. lol.

GJ i def think its not as fun as runnign outdoors but do understand, convinience and safety factors. a lot of ppl wh like to run outdoors kinda dont like treadmill running and i think thats what PM was saying

I used to run outdoors, but treadmills are honestly much better. You cant slow down (unless you press the dials). GJ, I run for almost an hour, starting at 6.5 and bumping it to the max 10.0 towards the end. In the end im soaked but it feels great! TM's should also have an impact absorption system built into them, or otherwise they can be brutal on the knees.
