The first three miles i did at 5.1 the rest i half walked (3.7-4.5) and half ran (>5.0) depending on the music.
That's generally my pace on the treadmill as well, and I have no qualms about it ;-)

what happened GJ ............... no update since last week
I too dont like doing a lot of strength training...it adds definition and tones but if I keep increasing my weights...I start to get too defined...I dont like that!
I like being all girly and feminine.
Beholder Bonbonn ... BEholder....I'd say fitness women (not bulky bodybuilders) still look quite feminine (and GREAT!).
