No i don't strenth cross train my legs...I run that should be enough work out for my legs...strength training sort of bores me to death....
However when I was in high school and had all the time in the world, I did do many many utuk bateks!!!1 I think I would do like 200 each day!!!
I miss high school!!!I had so much time to do stuff....and now I just need to study the whole day! :(
I wanna run a marathon too!! Yeah, i figure that after I'm done with school inshallah and I'm going to start researching on marathons!!

theres no truth to this. Women can never and i repeat never have bulky muscles simply because they do not have those specific hormones like men to get all bulked up. Women can only tone their body by doing strength training. You'll do a lot of good to yourself if you search about this issue over the net.

androgens are not responsible for muscle building process. Its the testosterone levels that are responsible.. which women dont have much of to have bulky muscles.
The only way women can have 'bulky' muscles is if they use steroids to get their t-levels up which will allow them to have muscles.
ps: i can bet u on anything you want that a woman whose lifting weights without the help of steroids can NEVER have the physique like the pictures u have uploaded. Madonna's picture is very much fake and you wont look like her if u start strength training. Do u honestly think this is the result of strength training?

Please don't test me on my science of the human body. testosterone IS AN ANDROGEN! It's the most famous androgen. Some women have more, other women have less. In females it is secreted by the ovaries, and the adrenal glands (the zona reticlularis). In males it is secreted by testis in larger amounts and the adrenal glands (zona reticularis). Yes, men secerete a lot more then women, but women still secrete some testorterone.
You do not need steroids to get bulky muscle. maybe they don't get as bulky as men, but they DO get bulkier with strength training. I think slender arms look nicer and flat abs- that is why I work on my abs. I honeslty don't want calves sticking out, manly biceps, or anything close to it.
read my post again. I said they dont have enough t-levels to have bulky muscles. i never said they dont have it altogether.
anyhow.. how many situps today?

I too dont like doing a lot of strength training...it adds definition and tones but if I keep increasing my weights...I start to get too defined...I dont like that!
