o.k guys...I know this question id off the topic butt is khaddar machine wahable..I do own a couple from last year..but haven't washed them yet.....shakal kaisi banti hain after machine wash?your input would be greatly appreciated.

seriously Mary, they werent the baby doll style hun! they were no style, i ordered a medium (i think it was) and they were well and truely massive and completely shapeless! II've never seen anything like it. I gave them to my sister who was pregnant and they even swamped her. i was guttted!
Hopefully somebody can go down to the shop in Pak and report back to us. Pattee or no pattee is driving me crazy!!!! uffffffffff

Ok,peeps,I am now going to add to everyone's headache...sorry..
Has anyone checked out their single pieces?...I assume it's just to make the dress in the pic.Now they are rs 520,and I've seen a few I like,but the $64000 Q arises.Do these wretched pieces come with the wretched PATTIS.
Allah give me strength...these fabrics are driving me mad.Some vendors say a suit has embroidery....another one says it is printed.One print, so GA say, is not available yet...but someone has already has it.
Why am I so flipping obssessed??.:(....:)

Charmed hun I don't think the single pieces come with any thing fancy for that price I think its only the shirt piece. Did the uncle from the manchester come back to u?

hi brummi and charmed.. ur discussion about the cloths is quite intresting and i know how it feels when u keep waiting and waiting like myself waiting for al karam winter colleection of the sason..anyways just to make u at ease.. i have been to gul ahmed oulet in rawalpindi.. and r constantly in touch with them about the new arrivals as the collection comes into bits and pieces..at the moment printed khadder has arrived and just one emborioderd one..which is at page 42 of their catalogue..to my utmost surprize it just has one motif on each sleeve dats it.. rest is all printed..so dun expect alot of embroideries and patties..the blue one ..someone of u has posted the pic of that does not has the embroidery its just a print..about the shirt pieces some of the pieces have an extra meter cloth for the sleeves so u can get a big flair..almost out of all the shirts u can get the flair of about 50 inches which is pretty good..also some has panels included in the shirt piece..dats what i can think of at the moment..
if u want to know about any specific dress.. can attach the pic and i can tell u the detailz...some of their collection will b arriving tomrow and wil b displayed the day after tomrow..lets c wht they have in store for us..also if u need any specific dress i will b visiting london and bradford by mid november inshalla i can bring for u..and payment can b done once u get the dress..just being volunteer..

i just ordered 4 suits form the printed one. i got them delivered to pakistan as i am going to pakistan in december so i can get them stitched there :)

Mary, yeah its very retro .. I will ask the darzi to put the same kind of lace on the body.
some of the real ones are really dissapointing, thats why I am going for real bright and dark colours ;)

This is what i got of information from these pictures !
the sleeves are embroidured and the black patees are included but is only printed (read : not embroidured) they are included ! is this one reall 3115 ? and what other colors are available ???
the black front open part is printed NOT embroidured and is included , they have the same in blue and the paiseley big motifs are printed not embroidured with sequins or anything
and those patees on daman are printed too not embroidured they are included as well

mary, I just spoke with him on the phone, will have to call on saturday to tell him the ones I like and if available.
he will charge 750 Rs for stitching + price of the suit. This is a shop in Saddar and they mostly have all prints.
I used him while in pakistan, he can sew normal suits, I dont know how much of a expert he is in these long flowy types of suits, so will try it out for the very first time.
Cannot recommend right now .. maybe after I get the suits .. but the salesperson that I deal with is a real gem.

Saadia thats really reasonable , but saddar would be a little too far away for my friend to have it stitched 
anyways good luck with the stitching and hopefully u will have the very quickly
this is my list of questions … i havent made up my mind which ones i want to buy lol i have to make choices but anyways i hope someone can help us
winkbink : can you find out the original prices of these stitched garments : do they include the trouser or sold seperatly ?
question : do they have other color of this print ?
question are the dotted patees on daman include ?
question : is the embroidured v-neck included / what other colors ? or is only the daman patees and sleeves embroidured
Question : this is a single print without the embroidury , do they have other colors as well ?
