Nope the correct answer is $2205….
But to get the answer right you should be extremely familiar with %’s…
For example 10% of 1000 is 100 or of 2000 is 200 or of 2100 is 210 (easy way is to strike off the last zero :D )
So if you were doing ur maths while reading the question u would know…
Per year profit is 200 , for six months it would be 100, making the amount 2100 BUT the point to remember is that now ur principal amount has changed so for the next six months u will not get plain 100 profit rather 210 but that is for an year so for six months it would be 105.
So answer is 2100 +105 = 2205.
