Re: ~ Glowing Brides ~

ok peoples i tried the haldi chandan yesterday aur kuch nahin hua i mean :p kay i was all yellow but i am not too sure wat to expect...

n today i tried the cinnamon one bt like wat everyone said the face becomes red etc.... but mera aisa kuch nahin hua wat did i do wrong... :s

FK you don't get results from the first use =) home-remedies take a long time to work! It's meant for girls that don't want to use microdermabraision and chemical peels.

what does it do??? the turmeriz powder... haldi????

is it good... i mean if i use haldi paste for two weeks...will my face glow???

hey guys i just had a question i read in this thread that you can use tomato's to get rid of your tan on your face does anyone that's used this know how long you have to do in order for it to work??

Haldi would even-out u're skin-tone give it a try. NOT haldi paste, but the remedies I've mentioned earlier.

thx :)

Ok, Does anyone has any treatment for OILY HAIR?
My hair gets flat and very oily within a day only, i have changed many shampoos because of that but nothing happens only my hair has gone weak and thin because of all the chemicals :(
any homemade recipe? and/or other way to make hair not go oily so soon?

Re: ~ Glowing Brides ~

have u tried Sunsilk for oily hair?.....i had the same problem and i started using it..It works GREAT on my hair....

Re: ~ Glowing Brides ~

does ubtan really help removing blemishes, cz i've tried it twice and no difference really?
how many times should i use it in a month? how am i suppose to use it?

Teelo if you have oily roots it's not a bad thing (only diff incase u want to maintain u're blow-dry) but use u're fav brand of shampoo every alternate day and rinse with a walnut size of baby shampoo and plenty of water the next day. Baby shampoo is mild and doesn't harm u're hair..u can even rinse u're hair with boiled and steeped (cooled) tea-water to which 2 tablespoons of vinegar have been added.

me2u, ubtan takes time..ALL home-remedies take time as they're natural and not harsh they work in a very subtle and gentle way.

Err..eating mangoes followed by milk might make u break-out so I don't recommend it at all. Just drink plenty of water, apply ubtan, moisturize u're skin, apply sunblock to u're face/hands and feet. Get proper sleep!

^ Gina, would you happen to know of a GOOD sunscreen lotion for oily skin? I have the one from Lancome and I find it a little too greasy… I’m hoping there is something else out there that wouldn’t feel so heavy on my skin.

[This is the one I am currently using.]

And what do you think of Nisim products?

So like can i use shampoo one day and then the tea water the next, if i dont want to use shampoo all the time...even if it is mild its still a chemical you know..(just being cautious since i have already lost a lot of hair because of shampooing so much)?

Sunsilk suited my hair for a short period of time but then all of a sudden it ruined my hair :S

My mum didn't yell at me but she did always tell me that i will loose my hair and now i have lost a lot of it :(

Washing your hair EVERYDAY is a BAD, BAD idea! Regardless of how oily it may get, don't wash it on a daily basis.

My hair is not really all that great (I have lost quite a lot of it over the years) and it does get oily but I refuse to succumb to the temption of shampooing it everyday. The more often you wash your hair, the oilier it'll get. Trust me on this guys.
