Re: ~ Glowing Brides ~
hey gina
just had a question about the cinnamon and honey you originally said it was for uneven skin tones but ppl have been saying that helped with their pimples so does that mean i shouldn't apply it on my whole face and just on the affected areas.........also for the oatmeal and honey mixture how long should i leave that on for...........and for both of them how many times a week should i apply them.......thanx in advance
Re: ~ Glowing Brides ~
@Saqi: there is some thread for grooms.. search for "glowing grooms"..
Re: ~ Glowing Brides ~
yea Gina..but it is always very light too....the skin above my lips aint as rest of my skin..
Re: ~ Glowing Brides ~
PLEASE apply the cinnamon and honey mixture only to the affected area's..the pimple, blemish and not all over the face =) if it irritates you, use it every alternate day. Some amounts of redness does occur..
Malaikah try a paste made out of "jao ka atta" and rose water..till it forms a paste and apply on the concerned area till it dries..then scrub it off.
Re: ~ Glowing Brides ~
I found this info from the internet someone experienced tell me if it works:
or your hair Lemon juice: Lemon juice when used on your hair is an effective treatment for dandruff.
Its citrus property cleanses the hair. Squeeze a lemon onto your hair and massage into the scalp,
and then wash it out using water and your preferred shampoo.
Vinegar: Vinegar is great to add some bounce and vitality into dull and lifeless hair.
Mix a little vinegar into warm water, and then rinse your hair with the solution.
You hair will look revitalized.

Re: ~ Glowing Brides ~
hi guys anything to reduce facial hair?
Re: ~ Glowing Brides ~
Angel do it every other day.. =)
simplicity, besan (2 tablespoons) haldi a pinch mix with lemon juice and apply it where u need and scrub it off after half and hour..3 times a week. After threading rub a piece of alum or "phitkari" that's u've soaked for 5 mins.
Re: ~ Glowing Brides ~
Great advice Gina! I heard about this besan/haldi thing for facial hair but I never used it because I thought it might stain my face yellow? Would it?
Also..waxing down there hurts so much it makes me dizzy. I read something you wrote about using teething gel to ease the pain of facial threading. Anything you can recommend to use for this?
Thanks!
Re: ~ Glowing Brides ~

Re: ~ Glowing Brides ~
alsoo ginaaaa along with the top question does this reduce the hair of jus lighten it... i wanaa get ridd of themmmm coz im fair complexion and when u go close up to sum1 they can also see the hair even tho its not dar dark but its noticeable from close up.. but mum says not to touch dem eg wax/thread yet coz they will get more... plzz give me reply to both ma questionss plzzz
Re: ~ Glowing Brides ~
Midnight the best option is to bear the pain..or try a mild numbing gel such as Emla =)
shanno, laser is best done on coarse, thick hair and isn't really effective on fine hair..try the besan mix on the sides of u're face.
