The interesting thing is that I suspect that when a new PM is appointed, the SC will order him to write to the Swiss authorities to ask for the investigation against Zardari to be reopened.......

I think its a matter of 3-4 months, as PPP will have to appoint a caretaker government before upcoming elections.

Fehmida Mirza is from Sindh, it seems they want to go for someone from South Punjab. Hina was supposed to go to Rio for some conference, she has been stopped to proceed for the same.

Dunya News: Pakistan:- PPP ponders strategy after PM disqualification…

The PPP Central Executive Committee has called its meeting in emergency at President House.

The meeting is reviewing the names of likely prime minister as PM Yousaf has been declared disqualified by the Supreme Court in Speaker’s ruling case.
Names of Ahmad Mukhtr, Hina Rabbani Khar, Khurshid Shah and Makhdum Shahab are under consideration for premiership.
It is worthy of note that the Supreme Court has declared PM Yousaf Raza Gilani disqualified while conducting hearing of NA Speaker ruling case.
